Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and does not disappoint! The rooms are very nice. They're huge with plenty of room, a full kitchen, and the bathroom has a tub and standing shower. The service was amazing. The food was very good. Breakfast was excellent. And the views cannot be beat! The lobby is beautiful with a great bar. The pool is very nice, but the water isn't hot in the hot tub. The location is great, it's so easy to walk to so many different places. I would absolutely recommend this place!

We had an absolutely delightful stay in the King Suite with a river view. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a lot of comfort. The service at the hotel was outstanding. Despite my mistake in arriving 5 hours earlier than communicated, they promptly arranged a room for us. Check-in was a breeze and took no more than 5 minutes, contrary to what others may have experienced. Throughout our stay, the staff greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. From placing fresh towels on our poolside bed to carrying our luggage to the room, every detail was taken care of. Even after checking out, they accommodated our late flight by allowing us to use the gym for a shower before heading to the airport. The staff knew us by name and extended their greetings with a personal touch. I cannot praise this hotel enough! It surpasses any other 5-star hotel I've stayed in Bangkok so far. Thank you for making our stay truly amazing and memorable!

The Riverside suite was very spacious with a lovely large balcony & one of the best river views in Bangkok. Large comfy bed, bath & shower adequate space to relax & enjoy. Buffet breakfast was excellent dining by the riverside was ideal. Club lounge access was a pleasure with tasty nibbles & very good quality wine cocktails etc (could be improved by having guests over teenage years only) to maintain a romantic ambiance. Check in was the smoothest ever staff worked very hard to give the guests quality service with attention kindness & respect. Chatrium Riverside is one of the best value for money hotels in my experience as a regular visitor to Bangkok.

This was our 4th time staying at the Chatrium. As always, the room was amazing, the pool was incredible and the staff were wonderful. The views from the hotel are beautiful and it’s great value. My only complaint would be a shower head that didn’t stay in the holder (really not much to grumble about). Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Where to start, the hotel is perfectly located, has its how boat with recurrent service, actually this was the only main of transport that we used (boat and river), you can get to the main peer Sathurn and from there can visit almost every relevant turístico point of the city. Food and breakfast was awesome, and personal very friendly. Finally the rooms, they where fantastic, sadly we didn't book a room with river view but even then it was fantastic.
