Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok

Amazing hotel, loved our 6 night stay in 2 bdrm appartment (they are huge!). Perfect hotel for families, with single beds in 2nd room, washing machine (bring your own laundry powder) and kitchen. Pool area has a resort feel, never too crowded, kept clean. Fitness centre was a surprise...scheduled classes for guests was fantastic (thanks Bee and Tee). Steam and sauna rooms (separate for male and female). Gym well equipped and clean. Buffet breakfast great with huge selection and very friendly service staff. Housekeeping every day were efficient. Some street food vendors nearby but limited selection (Japanese crepes were delicious). Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by and massage places too (highly recommend Belle Massage a short walk off the main street). Use Grab taxi app to get anywhere in Bangkok. Would love to return and highly recommend.

The hotel has amazing swimming pool and nice facilities, The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The hotel is very good for long stay and families The staff were very nice, polite and supportive, even the waitresses at the breakfast restaurant they remembered my name and they grate me every time they see me. However, when i was leaving to the airport in my last day in Thailand I had a situation with rude concierge and he left me while I’m giving him my bags and kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes and after few calls to the reception he came back and act unpleasant so I reported that to the duty manager and he apologized and make it up to me and helped me with the transportation to the airport so I can catch my flight while I was late and he made sure that all my situation is good. On the hand, the breakfast was good but they have very nice attempt to provide Arabic food and would suggest to improve it. Overall, my experience was great while I’m with my wife and 2 kids and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it’s have coffee at the facilities also there’s a Starbucks near to the hotel 1 minute walking and close to the malls and massage stores.

Good: All the employees are really kind and easy to reach, they'll come and help you if you look like you need help. Special thanks to the Gym members, especially Bee and Khun James. My daughter really really enjoyed your swimming class. Bad: Even though we stayed in a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was so heavy and terrible on our last night. We reported to the hotel and they tried to send an engineer but it was late at night and I didn’t want to wake my daughter so I just turned the air conditioner off. The smell of cigarettes came through the air conditioner, so I thought there would be no other way even if the engineer came. (Despite the air conditioner was off, it smelled again around 2am)
