We’ve been to a lot of hotels over the years but this hotel exceeds all others, the staff are ALL amazing, friendly, polite nothing too much trouble and make you feel very relaxed. Our check in was smooth and our room was perfect sea view with balcony over looking the pool. Meals were all good plenty of choice with 3 excellent restaurants to choose from. Crown Plaza manager well done in employing such friendly staff all are polite and professional and nothing too much trouble for them, you have employed staff who make the hotel a place we would like to return to in the future. We can’t name all the staff as they all deserve a mention but we must give a shout out to Binod the concierge he has made sure anything we’ve needed has been taken care of he’s very knowledgeable and friendly. And very professional a credit to the hotel, we very much appreciated that he was always there to ensure our day went smoothly. Also Pravat who was our water who went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after and on our anniversary meal he went out of his way to add to our special day by ensuring our service was to a high standard and we didn’t need to ask for anything he was at hand through out.
