Everything is perfect but the staff service is the best, azad, pawan, ronnie, yousif, abullah, amanda, ruby and others very helpful. just the ac is not that effective & the TV is hopeless, can't do anything with it.More
Very good hotel to stay specially with family. I would like to extend thanks to each employee of hotel who supported ti ensure the well being of us from reception, home service, laundry etc.. Suggestion: the lounge manager @ 25th floor, he needs to improve his communication skills and be soft in nature to deal with customers.More
I would have given 5 stars but the correspondence when booking the hotel via email annoyed me. When I booked the hotel I also added a taxi transfer from the airport direct with the hotel and added my credit card details. They very quickly emailed me and told me there would be an extra charge of 12 BHD, I was confused by this as the original price did not include the 12 BHD. When I emailed back and questioned why there was an extra charge this is what Latifa from the reservations wrote ‘Kindly note that is mentioned in the confirmation letter it will be with charges and we did offer a discounted rate’. My guess is because I got a discounted rate they decided to add another 12 BHD onto my booking without mentioning this at the time of booking. Please show all the charges at the time of booking, do not email and try to add on another 12 BHD, this is sneaky. Anyway back to the positives and another taxi problem. We took an airport taxi (because of this extra charge) and when we arrived at the hotel the taxi meter said around 8 BHD, the taxi driver passed me the machine to tap my card and it said 12 BHD. I asked why it had gone from 8 (meter price) to 12 BHD and he said it was a card surcharge, he never mentioned this when we got in. I got out of the taxi and called the concierge and they were absolutely brilliant, straight away they went and got the cash and paid the guy 8 BHD then added this to my bill. They did stick up for him and say he wasn't trying to charge you 12 BHD, YES HE WAS!!! But thank you so much for helping me out, I really appreciate this and the driver was definitely trying to rip us off. Youcef from reception gave us some good ideas for places to visit but as we were only there for one day we stayed local. The room was very comfortable, great views, good size, the bath filled up quickly, the pool and pool beds were lovely, I loved the lemon water by the gym. We didn’t use the gym but it also looked great. Check in and check out was smooth and all the staff that we met were very friendly and advised us to use Uber on our return which was half the price and much easier. Thanks for a lovely stay.More
The great example of hospitality, starting from the front desk to their room service. Met outstanding beings with great commitment towards customer service. A special shout outs to Ronnie(front-desk), Irina (manager), Vipin (Teatro manager), Pearl, Mary, Grace, Aladdin, Malou, Aldi, Ajay, and Francis. These people delivered our stay with ultimate satisfaction. On my next visit to Bahrain, your place will be my recommendation.More
Staff serving at the poolside are not professional and ask for the payment on one cup of coffee after one hour when you are relaxing at the poolside. Without asking if I should have more on my tap, the staff come straight over and asked me to pay. Unprofessional and not worth/good for the Hotel reputation to mistrust in their Hotel guest like this. Not recommended Hotel, we will continue our weekend stay at Intercontinental across the street.
