First off, for all the people saying this is amazing and all that, I guess they have never been to a real aquarium. It’s a total waste of money. Yes it is very cool the fact that they have such a big tank with huge sharks in it inside a mall, but it is definitely overpriced and not worth it. While walking, The big tank can be seen and pictures can be taken without paying. There’s a big variety of animals in this “aquarium”, and if you want to see what the hype it’s about then sure. People just base they reviews and the coolness and amazing fact of where this place it’s located at.More
I was asked to go two hours before the dive. I was there and then a gentleman who can barely speak English started to give me a bunch of papers to sign. I realized it was like a waiver. Then I started to read instructions on what and how to communicate underwater and how to check the gauge and so on. Nothing was explained verbally and the guy was just pointing at the locations where I should sign. Which I did. During the dive I was taking to a deeper level fast which caused a sharp pain in my left ear. I pointed to the instructor to take me up, which he did. We spent less than a minute above the water and he took me down slower this time. The pain was there but it was less sharp. I thought it was ok. Afterwards the whole thing was over and i was taken up. In the washroom I started to spit fresh blood and had very sharp pain in my left ear still. I asked a crew member and he said it was ok, “all people who do it for the first time spit blood”. Afterwards, I realized I had a ruptured ear drum. The staff was uncooperative, rude at times, and at least my instructor could barely speak English. I understand saving cost is important but I only have two ear drums, such negligence costed me one, hopefully temporarily.More
