This cafe is situated at the perfect location in Maboneng, right at the heart of the hub and vibe of the area. The staff could be friendlier but the food was delicious and the ice cream was an awesome treat after a hot day. Using the entertainer app was also a great plus! Read more

Eat Your Heart Out provided just what I needed: a lighter, healthier breakfast in the Maboneng area. The Israeli Breakfast (R90) consisted of a plain omelette served with pita, hummus, a cucumber tomato salad, pickled cabbage, cottage cheese, and olives. Solid overall, with the hummus and cabbage being my faves. The menu was helpfully labeled with symbols for those on special diets. The indoor space was microscopic, but there is additional seating outside. Got asked for money by some guy. Our waitress seemed a bit aloof at first but she warmed up to us later. Some neat items were for sale, such as postcards, pouches, and glasses.Read more
