Heroes is an Abu Dhabi staple. It’s a very friendly, stress-free atmosphere, showing live sports (and, once post-corona normality returns, live music too). Whilst the entrance and the surroundings can seem somewhat odd (descend from the hotel lobby down a spiral staircase to the basement environment), it is the staff who really make this place. Everyone from the Bar Manager John, Assistant Manager Pat, the fantastic bar team of Vergel, Yassine, Renith - and many more who’s names I’ve forgotten, all the way to the most charming and kind security team of Emmanuel and Soloman - they all make it such a welcoming place. During the dark and stressful days of the corona crisis, the team at Heroes have always lifted me up. In Heroes, everyone smiles and the world doesn’t seem so bad after all... Thank you Heroes Team! More
