We stayed at JA Ocean for 2 nights on the way home from Mauritius. Hotel is airy, clean and staff are lovely. Naim cleaned our room beautifully and was very friendly.
Food was very good (pizzas are another level)
Only negative I can say is the pool was mostly in the shade and very busyMore

My family and I stayed for a week at the hotel to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. Our stay was perfect from start to finish! The facilities and service at the hotel are exceptional. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, a wide selection of food was available for breakfast, and the poolside facilities and food/drinks from the bar restaurant were fantastic. The best part of our stay came from the hospitality and kindness shown by Hiren, Adi, Nay, Aradhana and their team. They surprised my mum with a birthday cake that tasted delicious! We want to thank them all and the staff at the hotel for making our trip wonderful! :) More

From the very start before departure, the stuff was great, very responsive. All my mails were answered in timely manner. I had requested extra information not related to our stay, all of them were very helpful and supportive.

From the lobby to our room service, everything was perfect. The guy/ Sura from Sri Lanka/ don't exactly remember his name, he was always caring and inquiring whether we need anything, if we have enough of this or that.
Location- Perfect!!! right in front of the sea, so some 500 m and voila , you are in the sea ! Restos, Shopping centers, supermarkets, metro all within your reach right in the heart of Dubai Marina, why not even in Dubai! <3
Food was nice, but I would like to have variety for at least once a week. Anyway, it was nice and my friend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
