During our stay at the hotel, we experienced excellent service from the very beginning - they prepared a late birthday celebration for my daughter, our rooms were filled with balloons, a birthday cake was provided, and my daughter was given a teddy bear as a gift. We were all immediately happy with this. Another thing we were happy about was being able to check out late.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable (2016, 2015, & 2013), with nice views. The housekeeping staff was approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious and various selections. We were always looking forward to it.
However, what really impressed us, was the friendly and professional Kelvin. Our experience at the club lounge was truly unforgettable, all thanks to Kelvin's outstanding dedication and commitment to ensuring our utmost comfort and enjoyment.
From the moment we arrived at the club lounge, Kelvin greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. His attentiveness to detail and proactive approach immediately set the tone for a remarkable experience. Kelvin went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our time at the club lounge exceeded our expectations.

His attentiveness and anticipation of our needs were remarkable, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
