Have had the pleasure of dining at La Paloma a few times now and each time it's been an excellent evening. The food is delicious and beautifully presented every time. The chefs are clearly passionate about their craft and it shows in the food. Every team member that interacted with us was warm, friendly and highly knowledgable about the menu and able to make excellent recommendations to us. Will definitely be back again soon.More
La Paloma really gives you ✨the feeling✨. The atmosphere is so vibrant and the staff are very friendly. We went on a Sunday so they were cooking a huuuge paella that brought me back to Spain as soon as I saw it! All the food was wonderful but my favourite was the tuna tartare 😍 Also one thing I MUST mention, I’ve tried a lot of churros in my life but these were INCREDIBLE! The chocolate that they use is clearly of very high quality and it honestly makes such a change from other places that use low quality chocolate and it completely ruins the dish. Will 1000% be coming back here again to try the a la carte menu!!More
This is definitely one of the best Spanish restaurants in the city. La Paloma is a bit away from Soho or Lan Kwai Fong and may take some time to spot out. The place is pretty big but reservation is recommended for weekends. Seat is pretty cozy. The menu includes the Iberian classics as well as some seasonal selections. Bloody oyster is an interesting starter. The pairing of oyster and bloody Mary (a sherry variation) is refreshing. Suckling pig is succulent and the skin is crispy. Seasoning is mild and not excessively salty. Arroz negro, a Barcelona staple, is remarkable. The rice is rich and aromatic and seafood is fresh. Service is impeccable and the chef is passionate on his food. Price is modest.More
