Welcomed to the hotel lovely, most staff are amazingly friendly - the location is perfect beachwise. However, for a "family hotel" music thumping into the early hours of the morning can be heard throughout the hotel rooms from the W's nightly pool and beach party - we had a beachfront view so was loud for my two babies. Secondly, my toddler caught a sickness bug during our stay and refused to eat for the whole week whilst staying here (we were half board) which made me inspect everything to a higher standard wondering where she picked it up from. This is when i noticed the baby pool had black bits floating throughout the water (everyday for the 9 days we stayed) which made me question whether swallowing the water is what made her sick. I also ended up being sick one night (had 4 children in my room including my 6 month old baby who was sharing my bed. After the second time of having to call housekeeping to change the bedding in the early hours of the morning as my toddler had been sick, waking up everyone in the room while the bed was changed with the lights on I went to speak to reception about the possibility of getting put into another room if one was free so my daughter and I wouldnt keep waking everyone up being sick and also to avoid giving the bug to anyone else. The receptionist told me that there was a room available however it would be £219 for it.... even though it was already 1am by this point and it clearly was going to remain empty. I thought the staff might have been a bit more sympathetic to my situation especially considering babies were involved and our sickness could have been related to the hotels cleanliness somewhere along the lines. Aside from that, hotel is fun and accommodating for kids, the kids club and waterpark were fantastic for younger children too.More
Nice and comfortable stay. Dipti sharma was really helpful and cordial to us. Overall, the stay was really nice. The overall stay became like a dream. The room was very nice and the ambience of the hotel was amazing and view of the beach from there was breathtakingly beautifulMore
We stayed at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi for 9 nights we had Lounge Access on the 10 floor and the staff were amazing food and cocktails great , Sabita Anisha , Basanta and Debasis stood out with their attention to detail and looking after us . All so we had an issue with noise from the Barasti Bar who party in to the early hours some nights and our room with balcony looked over this bar but we couldn’t sleep because of the noise but the duty manager Abdulganiyu Bukoye moved us to a room on the quiet side of the hotel with no issue , much better room too .More
