Oysters Restaurant

We had lovely time there overall every thing good. Had great time .... accidentally I booked for the next day but front desk helped me out let us stay.

Decided to go for lunch with some colleagues, food nothing to mention, it means, normal and expensive, request wine and from all the card selection they only have one bottle available and with a price that was not possible even to consider. in general the service is very lousy and not professional . not recommended if you can chose any other restaurant

Highly overpriced! Probably was a good hotel long ago, now it's looking old and rusty with much worn furniture in the rooms. It's also very noisy thanks to the airco units installed all around, windows do not close well, don't expect quiet nights. The staff is however nice and giving you a good service especially in the restaurant, although there's not much to mention about the quality of the food from breakfast to dinner. There's dust, dust and dust around the pool area.

Hotel was nice but not amazing. Friendly staff who accommodated our requests and clean rooms. That’s all we needed

Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly commendable. Sur Plaza Hotel boasts excellent dining options as well. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The on-site restaurant served mouthwatering local and international cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients. The attentive service and the delightful ambiance of the restaurant made every meal a memorable experience. The hotel's facilities were outstanding. The swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat on hot days, and the well-equipped fitness center allowed me to maintain my workout routine. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout the premises, ensuring I could stay connected and share my wonderful experiences with friends and family.
