We came 2 people, on call when I made appointment i requested specific Thai masseurs they confirmed. When we reached they mentioned 1 Thai and 1 Indonesian. I requested for both Thai masseurs, but eventually they said that they have only Indonesian and Nepali. When I told them that my request was specific Thai, they reassured that it will be great experience, because they are all equally trained, but in fact it was not. Masseur from Indonesia had strong hands to do pressure massage but she was missing many basic steps of massage and she wasn't using her powers to pressure right parts of the body. My friend said his massage with Nepali masseur was good. Facilities are good. We didn't get extra treat like other Saray Spas offer like swimming Pool or steam room. Generally it was my first time visiting this spa. And I doubt will visit again.

The most amazing massages! I had one a few days ago and it was perfect. The masseuse listened to my requests and gave me a relaxing massage. The facilities in the spa are great too, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommend. Also on the entertainer so great value for money 😊

Does not fit the 5 star standards of Mariott. The changing rooms were not clean, and there was stuff thrown everywhere. The balinese massage was super aggressive - we had body pain for 3 days! We went here for relaxation and ended up being stressed throughout the massage with all the pain 😩 not coming back here again

My leg was burned from the stream room from open hole not secured enough and the massage experience not up to professional level

Are there fancier spas in Abu Dhabi offering more bells and whistles (i.e. plusher robes, softer slippers, better toiletries, etc)? Of course. Is Saray Spa the prettiest, most serene spa I’ve ever seen? No. But when I’m comfortably lying on the massage table with my eyes closed listening to relaxing music and smelling lovely scents, do I care??? I have a soft spot for Saray for the following reasons: 1. My go-to therapist, Nila, is a gem! She’s from Bali and she knows what she’s doing. My body melts under her hands, no matter which service I get. 2. The fact that they offer 40% off all spa services every Monday-Thursday from 10am-4pm is a deal that’s hard to beat. I’d much rather spend my money on extra treatments—the 90 minute massage plus 30 minute body scrub is my new favorite combo—than lament the fact that the tea they offer after my service is served in a paper cup. Heck, I’m so relaxed by the time I drink it that I’m barely aware of anything in the relaxation room.
