The property is huge and very beautiful. The customer service is just so amazing. The staff always have genuine smiles on their faces and are very quick to help in whatever you need. The hotel's ambiance takes you back to history and gives you nature filled experience. My daughter loved her first fishing experience. The food is very very delicious, Thanks to the great Chef - Mr. Eric. Special thanks to Mr. Pascal and Mr. Clement for such wonderful experience that we can cherish. More
We stayed 4 nights at the Sofitel for a pre-christmas getaway and for the half-marathon of Angkor Wat. Our kids are 4y and 6y. Location: Siam Reap is not so big so everything is more or less near by; the good point of the Sofitel is the proximity to Angkor Wat (saves you some heavy traffic...) but the cons: not that close to the city center (you’ll need a Tuk tuk ride). For those looking for peace and quiet place, do not look further, this is a zen haven ;) Room: The entire design of the resort is elegant in Restaurants: Golf Kids facilities Service level (especially if you are ALL members) More
One of those wonderful properties whete the pictures really don’t show just how beautiful this resort actually is. Stunning gardens and pool, very well laid out and easy to navigate. Makes the Sofitel difficult to beat when it comes to relaxing. The rooms are a little dated and the beds (hard) definitely need an improvement as not up to the standards expected from the rest of the resort. Staff and management here are awesome, they really did make us feel special and valued . And we really did appreciate all their efforts. Overall a fantastic stay and we shall return More
An hour never passed so quickly. Sumo, my massus, was great at relaxation massage and yet could find the tight muscles and work out the tension with her strong hands. One of my very best massages.....ever.More
We stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to ever leave! The grounds are absolutely amazing-evry type of flower and plant you can imagine, over 90 different species. The lobbies are full of flowers and plants. The staff is outstanding, answering our every need, sometimes before we knew we needed it! The restaurant is fabulous, with a huge buffet. The pool is so luxurious and the pool bar served wonderful lunches! It is easy to jump into a tuk tuk and go into Siem Reap for shopping or meals but we never wanted to leave the property. Will go back here again when travel resumes.More
