Booked Spa Verta using for 3 hours use of facilities. To summarise my experience I'd say it's a spa that fits its purpose and I'd be happy if I were a hotel guest to have this extra facility to use during my stay. Pros: - friendly, welcoming staff on our visit - robe, slippers and towels provided - hairdryer, showers, swimsuit dryer and lockers in changing rooms - spacious sauna and sanarium and in good condition - Jets in hydrotherapy pool one end like in a jacuzzi - free water, tea, magazines, nibbles provided in relaxation room Cons - spa area looks a bit run down, particularly in the pool area on walls/ceiling - very slippery(although this was kindly pointed out to us) - steam room not that steamy (for me this is a con), seemed a bit run down also - just 2 loungers - showers in spa temperamental - spa is very small so can get quite busy, mornings are apparently quieter. - We attended earlyish on a Sunday. When we visited there was a rude couple who had brought their speaker to play music in the pool and were using a phone to film themselves and were being a little inappropriate in front of us. They were told a couple of times to stop this by staff but continued and this ruined our experience whilst they were there. It was fairly quiet for a while and then a large hen party arrived who took up most of the space in facilities. (This is obviously not the fault of the spa - but may have changed our perception of the experience) Overall this spa met my expectations but I probably wouldn't return especially for these facilities unless I was a hotel guest.Read more

We had the rest and restore package including afternoon tea and lava shell massage. Massage was great and the facilities are lovely with lots to use and not to busy, the pool had a lot of chlorine but was otherwise a really lovely day. Read more
Lovely welcome by Kamilia who explained all our options. Loved the spa and relaxing areas. Massages excellent. Wished I hadn't booked an early meal pre theatre as would happily have stayed much longer. Will definitely be going back again soon.Read more
Alexandra was very professional and gave me a massage in my tired legs using a lot of pressure as I request. Very warm welcome when you enter to the spa and very relaxing environment. Very recommendableRead more
