I am in love with Spa Zen, my favourite place. I go there regularly. The receptionist was great. My therapist May was really efficient and caring. I suggest only to reduce their prices a little bit. More
I just wanted to give a HUGE thumbs up to the Spa Zen at VOCO hotel, special thanks to Mr Roel who made our booking and reservation very easy and give us a lot of information and free tour to see the other facilities inside the spa. We decided to get a couple massage and indeed it was such an amazing relaxing experience, actually my husband and I never had a professional massage before. Thank you so much to Siratcha and Niwayan, they have a very powerful and healing hands, they are highly recommended. And aside of this they prepare a jacuzzi and post massage - refreshment (cake and juice) and after the treatment they will transfer you to there relaxation room and offer you green tea. The whole service was exceptional, the facility will blown you away by the set up and the feeling of relaxation and the feeling of pamper to come when we walked to the spa and they have locker room, robe, towels and other things that spa can offer. It was by far the best day spa experience we had. Thanks also to Mr Mohan. Thank you for making our anniversary day very relaxing. We will surely comeback to try the other services. More
First of all they are in Groupon! We used vouchers for our spa treatments with all day access for the pool & gym facilities. They have free drinks and snacks right after the massage, we also enjoyed their sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Nice Spa day indeed!More
A must try spa in Dubai. It was my first time to visit this place and definitely not my last. I cant find fault with the whole experience and the service I have received from the team. The treatment I had was Royal Indulgence, a 2 1/2 hour treatment which comes with body scrub, body massage and facial. I was told i can also use their facilities free of charge, so next time will come an hour before my appointment. I also enjoyed the tea, it was refreshing. Thank you Sana and my therapist, Nimadi. I had done hammam, massage and facial. THERAPIST/SKILLS: The skills of the therapist for massage and facial were good and they are really nice and friendly. However, the hammam treatment is definitely not the best I have experienced in Dubai. I still had dry and dead skin on the body after the session. SPA: The hammam room was relatively nice, but the steam was not hot enough. The massage rooms were quiet and suitably comfortable for treatments. The setback was that you have to walk through the reception/public area with your robe to the treatment rooms. UNPROFESSIONALISM: I had written in my registration form my allergies but the therapist did not read it at all, and had used the product that I was allergic to. This happens a lot in Dubai, not just Spa Zen. But this also means I won't be returning to this place.More
