We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It was a very comfortable stay. Really liked the location as it was at a very peaceful place. Hotel is spacious and a beautiful outdoor with pool, spa and gym. Housekeeping staff is also helpful and polite especially Aljun who took care of our room.

The hotel is nice and the service is great, I enjoyed a comfortable stay here for more than a month and everything was to my liking, they have a gym and a pool, another pool for women and playing courts, the outdoor area is spacious and the atmosphere is calm and cozy, I specially liked my room service people they were super polite, nice and professional , Heshan in particular was amazing. The only set back is that the location is far away from the main land and all the attractions of Abudhabi, but it’s 10 minutes away from the airport. I recommended it for sure.

Confortable and clean Imman took care of my room , and have done a great job every day. Special thanks to him ! Restaurant doesn't worth .. buffet was good and service too. I loved the pool et fitness room.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The staff is incompetent and speaks very poor English. If you ask the same question to 2 different people, you will get 2 opposite answers. Sometimes you can have it delivered to your room, sometimes not. Sometimes you have to pay in advance, sometimes you don't. And about the room: hard bedding, no cold water in the shower and the air conditioning blowing directly on the bed. Never again...

We stayed in this hotel for about one month since we moved to Abu Dhabi. The hotel gave us a really nice service, from the Concierge, Reception, Security, and Housekeeping, everything is great. Especially the Concierge, Rizwan, I am truly moved by the kindness of Rizwan, he helped us all the way he could when we were having trouble with our luggage which we forgot and accidentaly left it at the airport. He's so sincere, an amazing person, l never seen a hotel staff with this level of kindness. I also want to say thank you to Harisha and Ambareesh, the housekeeper. They are very polite, friendly, very helpful, always ask what we need and provide it as soon as they could. -Sep 2023
