Had a wonderful morning at the spa. They willingly stepped in after their canal walk branch closed and couldn't redeem my voucher. Their therapists are wonderful and we had a wonderful lunch in the Skye bar afterwards. Highly recommended

Booked a couples spa half day package voucher, if I hadn’t already paid for that online I wouldn’t have paid for my ‘treatment’ and would have ended it as it started. Definitely didn’t have the spa feel was dark and dingy in the basement of the hotel. I unfortunately can’t list one good thing about the experience. It was crammed. The therapists didn’t seem trained on anything they were doing. The full body Swedish was not a Swedish style at all. The express facial was simply washing my face, exfoliating then leaving the mask on to ‘dry’. My therapist left the room while the mask was drying instead of giving a head massage or anything spa like. The beds were oily. Toilets were not hygienic. Overall hygiene is the main concern here. The express pedicure was MAYBE 5 minutes long. That’s it. The receptionist had earphones in while talking to us. Overall extremely unprofessional. Super disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

This was definitely a different experience and not very spa like. Firstly, It was extremely noisy the whole time, the therapist actually went out and asked them to keep quiet. Secondly, the therapist was sick! Coughing the whole session through, sometimes the coughing would get so bad that she would actually leave the room. I don’t understand why they make these ladies work if they are not well. Overall the massage was ok but unfortunately I would never go back there🤧

Unfortunately only average experience. The masseuse forgot to massage my chest and arm and the mani/pedi was more a buff than anything else. I wouldnt recommend the couples package.

My friend and I did the 2 hour, which ended up being 1,5 hours, half day spa package. The setting wasn’t very spa like. A bit cramped and lacked the relaxing atmosphere of a spa. The treatment room (double room as we wanted to get our treatments done together) was rather plain, lights were too strong at times and the space was stuffy. The treatments themselves weren’t what I’d expect them to be. Way too much oil was used for the massages, and the styles was definitely not Swedish - as was advertised. My head massage was more of a rub with messing up my hair than a relaxing experience. For the facials the sponges we suspect were not new as they had a strange smell. Quite hygienically concerning. And the express pedi was very express. At most 4 minutes long. However, my friend said her therapist was nice. But I felt the therapist I had was too rough, especially during the facial. Wasn’t relaxing at all. After the treatment we were told that if we wanted to tip we must leave it in the room. We felt this was very awkward and not a professional way to handle tipping. Overall, regretfully so, we felt like this was a scam. We don’t feel that what was advertised was given.
