I had an incredible experience at Heavenly Spa at the Westin. The spa itself was gorgeous, the team incredibly warm, clean, friendly and professional, and it was one of the best experiences; I’ve ever had - excited to have an affordable option. The spa itself isn't physically spectacular. It's the therapists, I had multiple massages done by Grace and it was by far the best massage experience I have ever received around the world. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable. Grace was able to work on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually truly enjoyed the entire massage. Grace is always early; I wish she could be my personal therapist and could go to her regularly. She came highly recommended by someone local. Thank you, Grace!!! It was only one bad experience, I had where the Arabic therapist was late and I arrived at the time prescribed by the front desk 30 minutes early. I guess some previous guests came late, which affected my schedule session. (Luckily, I already had a great therapist prior to this event, so I stayed) I have been to numerous spas in multiple countries. The therapists make all the difference.

I visited the spa this week on Sunday and my experience wasn’t pleasant. The first negative thing is that I had to change my clothes in the locker room in front of other people with no privacy .Actually I was so surprised that they didn’t allow me to change inside the room. Also, the room doesn’t have a bathroom so if I wanted to go the bathroom after I finish the massage or during the massage I had to leave the massage room. In addition to that Before the massage I asked the therapist that the pressure to be firm and she told be is the pressure ok and I said yes. The worst part is was she massage my quads and the pressure was so strong and I was in pain and she say anything or said if I was ok , she just continued the massage. Don’t get me wrong she’s a great therapist but she didn’t communicate well with and checked if I was ok . I mean she didn’t say anything. The this is my first and last time visiting this spa .

I love the spa. I visit monthly for a massage, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Henda is my favorite therapist. I request her by name because her massages and facials are the absolute best! She is very skilled, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I had visited the heavenly spa yesterday and after a hectic week this is all that I needed. Joy the therapist was very pleasant and made sure I was warmly welcomed. She suggested me the best facial and massage that was very affordable. She is by far the best therapist that I have come across. The ambience is lovely and I recommend you all to visit the spa and relax before you head towards a busy week. Kudos to Jasmine the Manager.
