In motor city branch, there is no hand washing area for the customers and we ordered “grilled mayo combo” it was the worst burger that I ever had, it was full salty and not properly grilled, i left my burger on the table because it is unhealthy to consume that much of salt all at once. Never Will recommend this to anybody

The food was ok, but the staff were a different story. My young son and his younger friends went to Wendy’s expecting to have to good time. They didn’t really know how to serve themselves properly, but the staff were not helpful or nice at all. They asked for treys and forks but they were acting mean and wouldn’t treat them seriously because of their age. They were forceful as well in front of them too, like when the waiter was giving the water to my son, she slammed it. I am disappointed that my child could have had a better time at this so-called family suited restaurant. They should fix their management in the future.

The good thing about Wendy's Motor City is that it's open 24/7, so you can have a grab at anytime of the day. Well with the food options, the place is pretty nice and the taste is also good. The cheese burgers are worth a try to make your hunger go away. Prices are reasonable.

Ordered in restaurant for a take away order the salad on the burger was dead and the chicken on the burger looked stale. Also the order took nearly 20 mins when they were quite specific to tell me it would be 6 mins after I paid......

Nice burger, staff are nice. They have a great burger with bacon 🥓 so yummy 😋.
