What a beautiful place to stay. On top of the biggest hotel rooms with amazing amenities, the view was priceless. We had an amazing experience everyday due to Kailash at the pool bar. From remembering our orders, to laying out towels, he was always there to help with the best smile! Definitely recommending to all friends and family!

Amazing hotel and professional team! We've held events and also stayed in the hotel. Rheajane from events team was very helpful in arranging the training. Everything was very smooth. The hotel pays attention to selecting personnel and offering opportunities to young hospitality professionals from around the world! Thanks to young interns Sara and Luisa for attending to several issues during my stay. Look forward to more time in the hotel in future!

I stayed at Fairmont on business for three nights, along with a group of colleagues. The stay was very comfortable, with well-equipped rooms with impressive views, and many excellent food options. I’d particularly like to thank Melvin from the Guest Services Team, who was extremely helpful in successfully retrieving a lost personal item of high sentimental value. He was very kind, understanding and professional.

We had amazing time at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and kind, they help us each step of the way. Especially we enjoyed the beach and swimming pool area, we would like to say special thanks to Irfan who was at our service at poolside bar, his smile made our day❤️

This is one of our favorite Pool pass & Beach day hotels. The hotel is beautiful and the pool and beach area is nicely arranged. The pool is large with different depths, a swim up bar, kids pool, and lots of loungers with umbrellas or shade. The beach is a good size with lots of loungers and umbrellas or you can choose one of the cabanas. You can also order food and drink from your seats. There are nice/clean toilets, showers, and changing area also provided. If you are looking for a relaxing day to unplug from the city and work this is a great spot to do it. Parking: Yes, there is parking lot to the right where you can park for free. We were unsure so we pulled up and asked, the staff was very kind.
