Heading to Atlantis by circular monorail The first car of Palm Jumeirah Monorail is at 9am, so you can catch up the opening time of aquaventure water park yaya, took the very first train insides. When visiting Dubai, what impressed me the most was the comfortable, clean and organized public transportation, especially the city trains. The station is also very disabled friendly. Easy access and cheap too.

Very clean transport from the base of the palm to Atlantis (and back). Some fantastic views of the Atlantis hotel. Not as cheap as the metro and is separate ticket but value for money.
