Really nice hotel, proper of a 5 stars from Hilton. The room was perfect: comfortable bed, no noise, all amenities ready and nice bathroom. The service and attention also was a plus. I score only 1 star for two things that I could not enjoy: - The swimming pool was closed, therefore I could not enjoy the views and one of the reasons when I took this hotel, was the pool. I can understand because maintenance, but the next point was disappointing as it was the Plan B, the spa. - The spa was not well-maintained. You have 3 things to enjoy: 2 saunas plus 1 small jacuzzi. One of the saunas was broken, and the jacuzzi was not working at all, even the water was not so clean. The floors were plenty of wet towels, giving the feeling of dirtiness. If I come back, I hope the pool is ready and I will change my vote if I see improvements.

It's a wonderful place to have your stay! It's near to lots of restaurants, easy access for the beach, the check-in with Samantha was smooth and she is very nice and helpul. They upgrade me and I feel honored as an Hilton Honors member. Their room is huge and very cozy as well. The breakfast selection was okay, and everything u need is there. Would love to come back!

Furthermore, we were delighted to be invited to dine at your restaurant in Al Maeda during our visit. The buffet-style dining experience offered a wide array of delectable options, and the quality and taste of the food were exceptional. We truly enjoyed every moment of our dining experience and were impressed by the variety and flavours presented. The ambience both inside and outside the restaurant added to the overall charm, creating a delightful atmosphere for us to indulge in our meal. Overall, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location make it a top choice for anyone visiting Dubai. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, confident that it will exceed your expectations and leave you with cherished memories.

I write this review laying from the sun lounge at the hotel. This has to be the worst hotel and service I have ever experienced. By booking a 5 star Hilton and a seasoned traveller you expect a certain standard. Under staffed - under trained staff - old, scruffy, damp - the people in charge of the food should be removed with immediate effect, I have received better service from the Mac Donald’s up the road. Being shouted at by cleaning staff as I attempted to walk to the beach bar to get a drink as for some reason again the app service did not work and zero staff on the beach to assist - upon ordering told no smoothies available - no ice cream available I could go on and on … clearly a issue with damp in the AC units in the room my family now all have chesty coughs from it If a Hilton representative came and reviewed the hotel and if it was me it would be closed with immediate effect

Really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. Great location at the end of the JBR Walk with a large pool area and access to the beach. It also has a really well equipped gym and wet and dry sauna & spa. But what made my stay was the friendly and attentive service. In particular, to Yasser and the rest of the team at the Gastro restaurant. Thank you for making my brief stay so enjoyable.
