Visited here the 2nd time.
With proper time in hand. Even though it was holidays but the place was less crowded.
Well, to the experience of last time. I was a bit skeptical.
As this is one of hindu Holy months, we had to opt for vegetarian options.
To start, we discussed with our waitress the options for vegan food.
She was a bit taken away as we wanted complete vegan in an Indonesian restaurant.
Well, to our rescue...
Came in, Chef - Rahul Bisht.
He understood our requirements very well and crafted out a magnificent meal, knowing the fact that my first experience at BO.SABI was not that great.
To start , he provided us with a vegetarian Manchow soup with fried noodles as side.
My family ordered a vegetarian sesame rolled sushi created specially by the chef.
Both soup and starters were excellent.
Main course was again modified into vegan dish of Indonesian vegetarian curry based on coconut milk broth and vegetables served with a side of vegetable fried rice Indonesian style. It tasted awesome. We could not have asked for a more balanced meal.
To wrap up, we ordered dessert of sticky rice with Mango. The rice was good but mangoes and accompanying berries were sour. But overall a good one.
All thanks to Chef Rahul and his team for excellent dining experience.
