My wife and I spent a long weekend in Muscat and enjoyed four nights at the Sheraton. The service was excellent in all respects.
Sabiiti from Uganda brought us ice and other items from the kitchen with a smile. His joyful presence at the door to our room was uplifting and genuine.
Robert from the Philippines served us in the dining room without hesitation. He even went above what we expected and brought the cook when I had a special request.
Breakfast was amazing and worth the price. I adored the eggs benedict, custom omelets, and fresh juice to order. Housekeeping was good and the room was refreshed daily. Plenty of gated parking each night for our rental car and the courtyard was pleasant in the evenings.
Muscat isn’t a city I recommend visiting, so we are unlikely to return. Though, I will continue to consider Sheraton as I travel elsewhere.
