I have been going to UFC for a while now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The coach ( Roxana) is incredibly professional and skilled at helping you transform your body. The facility is always well-maintained and clean. The crew feels like a supportive family, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym

Really clean space and facilities are great. Good equipment and good opening times. My only criticism is the trainers. The trainers are annoyingly unprofessional. They come to morning classes late, unprepared, and slowly start the class 10 minutes late. They don't help people in the class because they stare at their phone most of the time. Outside of classes, they just have loud conversations on their phones or sit on the equipment while on their phone (not actually using the equipment). Having said this, despite these obnoxious trainers, there are always the same 3 great ones who walk around checking on people, helping them, being friendly, and having good classes.

Very good gym. Great staff, helpful, polite and friendly. Stocked free weights and machines, ample other training areas. High level of hygiene.

The gym is one of the best gyms in the city with all brand new machines & equipment. All the trainers are well certified with international standards certifications. You may enjoy your membership plus a wide range of classes such as Judo, Pilates, Cycling RPM, Muay Thai, kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, yoga, wrestling, DUT for kids & adults. If you want a PT they are more than happy to schedule you for sessions with reasonable prices. The gym is neat & clean you will never see dumbells or barbels on the floor.
