Visited Farriers for the first time for more than a year and this time for their Thursday evening brunch. The terrace facing race track is under renovation, but besides inside seating, they have a terrace/courtyard in the front side of the hotel. The buffet was surprisingly normal buffet considering the Covid restriction, but everything was laid down the way that either the dishes were served and pick up ready in individual servings, or the food was portioned to your plate by staff. The selection was somewhat limited, but rather tasty, and sort of "street food style". We enjoyed sitting outside in lovely weather, after long summer it was really nice. The service was a bit shaky. I dont think they were able to bring ordered drinks to all six of us together even once, but it got better towards the end. The place would definitely benefit from having shisha service available, at least for brunches. The waitres said there has been some talk about, so let's hope it happens. Most likely will be a repeat for us, specially of they get the shisha arranged.More

Friday all you can eat buffet. 2 out of 4 of us were very happy. 1 wanted a better fish selection and me, gluten free vegetarian was not so lucky. The mini salads looked good but no one around to ask for ingredients, chef didn't speaking English. It's OK saying I will make anything you want but then you have to wait ages, when you go to a buffet you want to browse not think what you want and wait for it to be ready. So Farriers, yes my family gave you fabulous 5star reviews but I, as a gluten free vegetarian you disappointed me. More
