They’re not careful, and they dont mind the stress and panic they will cause! Theyre very unresponsive and will take time to reply to resolve issue! I sent one dress for dry cleaning and chose rush delivery before i purchased i make sure and confirmed the timing but still they came late! And the dress for a special event, it was in good condition when i gave it to them, its new, they didn’t check properly before they deliver, the zipper was stucked and it caused panic and stressed we thought we cant use the dress anymore! Very bad experience!!! And in return, they will only say sorry!!

Terrible experience. I sent my dress + belt for laundry and they sent me back a dress without belt. They lost it and took 48h to confirm that it was lost! I was supposed to wear this dress for the new year and Im ending up having no dress on Dec 31.. The best part is when they made me believe that they found my belt and that they needed to pick up my dress one more time to check if it was the right belt. I insisted so that they send it to me directly and they may have paid some to quickly make one with very poor material thinking that I wouldn't see the difference. Never again!
