Crowne Plaza Manama (Bahrain)

Stayed for 3 nights. In general, the room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Alphonso and all other personnel (sorry I could not remember all of your names guys) they were very helpful and showed a lot of attention. I travel a lot and this has been the one of the best hotel experience. Thank you for everything.

Attentive staff, astonishingly good food, and impeccably clean. The Crown Plaza hotel in Manama, Bahrain is an excellent place from which to explore this wonderful city. Our room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom is fab and the beds and pillows are SO comfy!

My friend stayed there last weekend, ordered food from the bar, clearly either the bacon and or cheese were not clean. Within 20 minutes she was throwing up, despite this, the bar staff seemed annoyed at her rather than helpful. No refund/voucher offered, and nobody from the hotel in management has contacted her to apologize/be in touch to make sure she is ok. She was so ill she had to catch an early flight home. Others in the group also felt unwell after having anything with bacon/cheese in it. Clearly the chef wasn't in the bar at the time and a member of the staff thought it would be OK to just throw something together that was obviously unclean/out of date. Do not stay at this hotel.

From room cleanliness to amenities, facilities on the hotel such as gym, pool, salon and a variety of restaurants with friendly staff attending around the clock to guest needs. From the airport pick up till the check out was an excellent experience. Well located in the diplomatic area of Manama city. Will definitely be staying here again...

The Crown Plaza in Bahrain is a very special place. Affordable rooms, great facilities, super restaurants. However, what truly makes it special is the outstanding staff. From reception, room service, chefs, waiters, it is truly amazing. My family have used the hotel regularly over the last few years and all the staff have made us feel like we are part of their family. There has been a recent change of many of the staff, of which we were sorry to see them move on. However, the new staff are equally as amazing. Thank you and keep up the outstanding work! See you next week!
