Inspired by the flavours adopted by the diaspora of Chinese living worldwide, the husband and wife duo set out to establish the first of DSFC within the vicinity of Riffa, which was the Year 2009. Their goal was to serve home-inspired comfort food using the freshest ingredients and produce sourced globally. The tradition of passionate cooking mixed with inspiration from the home kitchen and a penchant for good old-fashioned creativity helped DSFC to where it is today. The rest is history.
