We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vida hotel. The upgraded room was a delightful surprise, and the cleanliness added to the positive experience. The flexibility in check-in and check-out was appreciated. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the lobby coffee was a nice touch. Special thanks to Mr. Ammer, the shift manager, for ensuring our stay was pleasant. The service was excellent, and the staff's friendliness made our experience amazing.

The hotel service is undoubtedly the best I've experienced. The personalized letters in the rooms and prompt room service stood out. The delicious breakfast adds to the charm, making it an ideal choice for a beach vacation, whether with family, friends, or solo.

We had an excellent stay at the Vida hotel. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, the amenities and cleanliness were perfect. As for food, we had coffee at the lobby which was nice and the breakfast was delicious, they had many delicious options to choose from and the coffee was good quality. We unfortunately had one unpleasant interaction from a staff member however after reporting it to the management they were very accommodating and understanding. I would like to thank Mr. Hasan again, the shift manager for making our stay pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the wonderful service provided by the receptionist samuel. He was incredibly fast, efficient, and went out of his way to assist us. His gentlemanly and kind demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from their receptionist

Beach day pass with kids; Vida is a great location for a beach getaway, only disappointment was the miscommunication their staff relayed in terms of their "Free Access for Women and children below 6 years old every Wednesday", I called last Tuesday to make sure it is a complimentary pass for Wednesday, then followed up Wednesday morning to confirm and their staff confirmed that the complimentary pass for ladies and children below 6 is valid, upon arrival unfortunately the security at the entrance informed that it is paid access to the beach then wouldn't take my car for valet and advised to park on my own in the basement (I am also showing 8 months pregnant) - at the reception front desk the hotel staff informed us that if I was told it is free via phone then it is - to my surprise at the beach check in counter the staff member refused to enter my 6 year old son without paying half price quoting the front desk staff asked him to charge for my son😐 honestly not what was expected and not the ideal hospitality for a first time visitor either👎. However, the kids, my sister and I have enjoyed the swim, the beach is clean, sunbeds, shade, sunblock and a bottle of water each was provided. The beach side food was below average, canteen standards (over fried rubber like chicken - watery watermelon juice) unfortunately not 5 - star nor fresh.
