Visited the hotel again for the second time. Front office team was excellent, very welcoming and courteous. Atmosphere is very nice and quiet.During my visit i heard they have this omani themed buffet and asian brunch. Will probably try it next time. Its always a very wonderful place to visit.More
It has been 4 days since I came to the Sheraton Oman hotel and the internet is cut off for at least 6 hours every day, I definitely do not recommend it, the hotel management is told that we should wait when we call the reception, come knowing that you cannot use the internet when you come to this hotel, other than that, the room staff can deal with our problems about the room they work.More
This was a fantastic stay. Period. We have stayed at Sheraton around the world and at numerous Bon Voyage properties in various locations around the world. I am a long time member of Bon Voyage. Travelling inbound to any country during COVID is particularly stressful, even for frequent travellers. Sheraton Oman ticked all the boxes and exceeded all expectations, and this holds good even for pandemic free times. The staff, with special shout out to Prateek and all the rest were just fabulous. The people make the difference and we felt the difference. The room was spacious and looked out on the main street. The menu, a set menu offered a choice for the mains between continental, Asian, nonveg Indian, veg Indian, and Arabic. As you would imagine we were spoilt for choice during quarantine. The lamb preparations were outstanding and we got prawns on a lunch menu and salmon as well. We checkout tomorrow after the mandatory 8 days quarantine and a negative COVID PCR test. We got the negative result to our relief and will be leaving the hotel in 12 hours time. My wife had this to say, which aums up the quarantine.. " oh it finished so quickly.. it was so nice". Keep up the good work folks.More
I Had a Thai massage with Ayu , she is so professional , kind and helpful . Great work .Cant wait to come again. The Spa and all the facilities are perfect . Enjoyed the steam room & the sauna . Thanks More
I really like the outdoor swimming pool area. Clean and perfect environment. But most importantly are the accomodating staff of sheraton, especially to Darshani, Marites, Shiella and Ayu. They made our short swimming stay fun 🙂More
