I love this place and been there a lot of times. The service has been really slow a lot of times and I understand as I work in hospitality. However, service staff here really need to work on themselves and pay more attention to their guests.
My friend and I took a table on the terrace and were waiting for more than 10 minutes to be attended by a server, ultimately my friend told one the supervisors that we’ve been waiting to order and the supervisor replied that you just came that’s why nobody came to your table yet. What is this behaviour? 😅
We had to call food runner as he was confused with our table. If someone request to switch tables, its a basic thing to communicate your staff to change the table number on the food order ticket. Communication was clearly missing.
Cocktails are always delicious and made to perfection, but you guys need to check your glasses as well. I was served my drink in a chipped glass which could easily cut my lip.
When we arrived, latin music was playing on full volume, by 12:15 am, there was no music at all. Even if there’s local regulation, I believe low background music is still allowed. All we could hear was people chattering and calling waiters to place their orders.
The location is perfect, the menu is perfect, but the service is terrible. I usually don’t put reviews however I was really compelled to write this time.
Hopefully team will work on it.
