we went there for having some cocktail front of the beach and the sunset was perfect. the food and drinks are also very goo and the service very detail. we will come bak for sure. and of course after that we decided to spend one night there and the bedrooms are very clean and the ocean view is unbelivable ! thank you for our journey thereMore
the parking is very crowded. the room is old for the floor. the trellis is no safety for kids, the hole is too big. hot water is limited. no place to wash after from beach. food is so so.smelly in 5th floor near the elevator. the staff is good and friendly. access to Seminyak beach is goodMore
First of really appreciate the great customer experience that was given by our waitress/ hostess Kiki. Moonlite Kitchen & Bar, but also Anantara Seminyak Bali must be proud and humble to have such a great representative in their "house" She really knows a lot about the food and beverages. She can recommend, if you can't choose between what you want tie eat or to drink. Hats off 🙌🏽 Okay the ambiance, just amazing.Wow what a view. Just mind the small renovation details, like the roof... For the price the food is surprisingly tasty and good. Especially the chicken taco and pork belly 🤤 The cocktail that was recommended by Kiki, for my wife (see photo, forgot the name 😱) was really refreshing and good. So yeah overall everything was really great, but again the small renovation details. With Corona time, fewer guests that are here, take the time to renovation and repair before Bali opens again. Also on the Google search results and TripAdvisor it says it closed but it's because they didn't updated yet The main office is in charge for this and the main office is still closed... Please update, the ones that are still here, tourist, Kitas holders, locals etc, are being kept away because of the status from the Google search results and TripAdvisor. The hotel needs to improve the condition of the guest room, the cleanliness, breakfast menu variation, and the honesty of the guest service staff. We experienced the keyroom failed in 2 times, so we need to go back to the reception and ask to change the key in 2 days in a row. The hotel need to improve the key sistem.More
I’ve been staying in Seminyak Ocean Suite for 3 days 2 nights, check-in went smoothly and staff are all attentive, was stunned by the splendid ocean views. The suite is really decadent and luxurious, styled beautifully with woody touch that I love and unwind in a private jacuzzi balcony. I am already looking forward to coming back again!More
