Stayed 9 nights at the Ritz Carlton Hotel of which Tokyo Grill sits within the curtilage of its grounds in the Venetian Village. Our first visit occurred late one Sunday evening having returned late to the hotel from an evening at Yas Marina Circuit, the bar was closed and concierge telephoned the restaurant to ascertain if we could stop by for drinks. No problem at all! What a fantastic end to a perfect evening, great ambience sat alongside the waterside, fabulous staff all friendly, welcoming and very courteous. We enjoyed drinks and some Ebi Tempura and Gyoza. Very tasty indeed - the evening so pleasant we advised of our intention to return the following night despite being on a half board package in the hotel to enjoy a meal in Tokyo Grill. Returned the following evening to another warm welcome, service very good and a great choice on the menu. Choosing to eat indoors this time due to the humidity outside and enjoying expresso martini’s outside on by the waters edge. Excellent atmosphere, very romantic and great service and hospitality - would certainly recommend! The restaurant had more atmosphere than the hotel and had we discovered this sooner in our holiday we would have spent more evenings here!More
One in a million service you could ever encounter- well mannered staff, kind, courteous and service oriented staff. My friends came to Tokyo grill to celebrate my friend's birthday, we had a drinks and a nibbles. We requested for a small cake ( a must try Molten Cake with vanilla Ice cream) a very simple celebration supposed to be, but the act of gratitude and kindness from the staff made my friend emotional and touched, the staff gathered together singing happy birthday with music background, sparkling candle- simple yet sincere. Thank you very much tokyo grill you made my day. Definitely we will be back soon. They have plenty of japanese food selection by the way and I'm telling you, they have a yummy and delicious food.More
