Overall, I had a great experience. Staff was incredibly helpful. Lady in reception Melanie you can see how busy she was with the guest for inquiry, however she still manage to assist us and give us idea about city tours, i salute her, for being very friendly and still can smile in times of busy. Also the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

I loved every single detail of my stay at the Intercontinental Residences Abu Dhabi!! The room was amazing; very clean and spacious! I had a great customer service experience! Chams was great to deal with. Thank you to all the hotel staff, and will see you again soon.

Hidden Gem - Intercontinental Abu Dhabi Did not know this gem was hidden way out by the coast. . They even have swimming pools overlooking the sea. The Residences is beautiful and Melanie was helpful,friendly and exceptional! Everything was fantastic for our girl's weekend away, We will definitely be coming back!
