Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort

Everything was lovely, enjoyed the pool and beach area with the good pool bar. Steam shower for both M/F wasn’t operating for some reason but sauna was very nice. I had lots of complaints that I have addressed it directly it to FO and they acknowledged and sent us a nice bottle of white wine. I just hope in the future they can fix their communication issues between their teams. The Pub was very lovely and calm throughout the afternoon and evening with cozy vibes. Breakfast buffet was 50/50 pastries and baked goods were so fresh and yummy but you can do better with the hot items. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Overall loved the property and the friendly staff. 🌊👙🏝️🐚

It's a nice, basic hotel. The amenities could be updated to a more modernize, current standard. The room was nice, but again, could use an upgrade. The room service was pathetic. Waited 45 min for 4 pieces of cheesecake and sparkling one, after they said it would be 15min. We booked a club room so we had some expectations. Breakfast was included and it was an open buffet, but the bread table lacked freshly baked bread... On the first day, the bread was nice, but when day 3 came, it was old and hard. Both coffee machines were not working during the 3 days and the pre-mixed filter coffee was watery. The chef that makes the omelets could not make fried eggs, that was after I guided him on how to make medium fried eggs. The pool was nice but the lack of service at the pool bar was pathetic. Overall, if you are looking for a basic hotel with not much but still nice for a family then this is for you.

Who gave it 5 stars? Very average inside. And it was mentioned in the description that it's 1st beach line - it's not true, it has some kind of artificial "beach" with a puddle instead of the sea. Restaurants interiors look weird, the food is average, wine in the buffet was awful. It's an average 3-4 star hotel, not 5 star for sure.

My experience at this hotel was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the valet employees. Their lack of respect and professionalism significantly detracted from the overall stay. Management should address this issue to ensure a more pleasant environment for guests.

We stayed in Sheraton Hotel Corniche Abu Dhabi for 4 nights & 5 days for our honeymoon. ❤️ Great service. Super comfortable and cozy hotel room. ✨ They even gave us a surprised cake saying “Happy Wedding” so sweet 🥰 The pool has a mini bar where you can swim, drink relax while listening good music. 🎶 Hotel staffs we’re very accommodating. ❤️
