I don’t usually get my nails done but whenever I do, I come here and Coco helps me to do them! She’s so gentle and fun to be around and most importantly she delivers. I showed her the inspo pic of the design that I wanted and she did almost the exact same on my nails (not just the design but the colour matching as well)

I opted for a trial of the classic manicure and pedicure, and Jo assisted me during the session. Initially, she suggested additional services like using sea salt for soaking feet at an extra cost, but I declined. Despite that, Jo continued to provide attentive service, diligently cleaning my overgrown cuticles and nails. During the process, she also kindly pointed out that my big toes were showing signs of a fungal infection and recommended taking extra precautions to prevent it from worsening. Impressed by her professionalism and excellent service, I decided to sign up for a package with her.

Did my nails probably a month back. Experience was average. The pedicurist placed my feet in very hot water during the foot soak. Also, she had really long nails which kept prickling against my skin throughout the whole session. She also filed my nails so hard until my feet hurt when i wore my shoes after. Apart from the not so pleasant experience, the gel mani and pedi application was average. See photos for the quality. For the toes, they dont paint fully for dont know what reason, and for the fingers, some black specks and potholes if you can see. I bought the fave voucher and thought i was able to utilize my free soak off. However, apparently the soak off has to be within 28 days of the session (first day being the day when your nails are done) which i went for my soak off on the 29th day. The person who booked my appointment didnt tell me that it was past my redeem period when i informed her. Overall, wont visit again.

Paying customer with package here. Lynn was patient & warm, and there’s no hardselling from her. While she did pedi for me, she actually was gentle & she does check in with me whether it hurts if she feels it may. Thank you!
