A very bad experience, the time is fixed, parents are not allowed to change after entering, and the seats at the door are not allowed to sit or wait. This is a harsh rule that other similar playgrounds do not have. I really regret buying the card here six times. The places here are also small and not big in entertainment areas. In fact, it is much more cost-effective to buy cards from other amusement parks.

Place is small and crowded although they already limit the number of pax per session. Not much to play, a couple of slides and ball pools, a merry go round a shooting arena and that's about it. 2 hours play is more than enough with limited facilities. Cafe is alright which took up half of the area, with quite a number of tibits to choose from. For hot stuff they got those ready to eat pizza which need to be heated. Prices are acceptable, although expected to be higher than outside. Overall experience is ok, but won't be going again as there is really limited game play for the young ones.

A very nice and clean indoor playground for kids. The staff are friendly too. There are no blind spots so parents (who want to take the opportunity to rest) will have a great birds eye view of their children playing. Highly recommended for kids aged 5 and below.

Cosy small playground. Good that they sanitize each section and not crowded. Parent can sit one corner to rest

Great indoor playground that you can find in Vivo City. Loved how they made it better! They have a separate area now for toddlers and big kiddos. But you can always bring your little one to the bigger area as long as you supervise them. It’s a good training ground to practice their gross motor skills, I suggest you must visit during weekdays as I heard they are always packed on weekends. And you must check their classes with free play before or after the class - “Muckypups'' and Lucy Sparkle” . It's really worth it and highly recommended. And they have a dedicated place to have a quick break and have a snack. They offer some food and drinks and a couple of toys as well. And if you need balloons with helium, you can buy from them as well. Staff are friendly.
