What is Pockiit?

Pockiit is a free Every day app for offers, rewards & loyalty for your quick bites, snacks, coffees and much more.

What is Pockiit Plus?

Pockiit Plus is an extended version of Pockiit. Pockiit Plus can be accessed by college and university students across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

How do I register?

Registration is easy, simply download the app from your app store and register using your e-mail address, you will be asked to enter a few more details at the point of registration.
If you are a university student be sure you register with your university e-mail ID to unlock our additional offers just for students.

Can I share the app with family and friends?

Although sharing is caring, the app is free so why share it? Everyone can have their own account and access the free offers.

Unfortunately, not the app is free so everyone can have their own account and access the free offers.

How do I upgrade to Pockiit plus account?

To use the app as a student you would need to register to the app using your university e-mail ID. You would need to verify your e-mail address.

How long would I have access to the App for?

Pockiit is an open app- you will have access to offers for as long as you have the app.
As a student, you will have access to Pockiit always- but your Pockiit Plus Student access is only valid for 12 Months from signup… after that you will just need to verify your student email ID again to keep your additional offers.

How do I redeem the offers?

It all depends which offer you are redeeming, please refer to the section of FAQs for the offer you wish to redeem.

Can I cancel a redemption?

No sorry once the offer is redeemed we are unable to reverse the redemption.

How do I retrieve the redemption number if the merchant needs it?

The redemption Reference is available on the success screen which the merchant will see when they scan your offer. If you need to re-visit the redemption reference, you can access this via your Profile> Redemption History.

My phone won’t accept the redemption?

Some older devices are not supported for the NFC redemptions please check the following;
• Check you have selected correct outlet in the app
• Hold the card against the phone for 1-3 seconds.

Upgrade offers

What are upgrade offers?

Upgrade offers are where you can redeem the offer to upsize your meal or coffee. The exact version of upgrade will be explained in the offer name. For example, the offer may be “Upgrade to next available coffee size”

How do I redeem them?

1. Select your upgrade on the Pockiit App
2. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using the Pockiit App to upgrade your purchase before you order your item
3. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
4. The merchant will scan the upgrade Offer
5. Once the merchant has scanned the Offer, the upgrade price will be deducted from your bill

Can I redeem more than one upgrade offer at the same time?

Redeem away! There is no limit on the amount of upgrade offers you can redeem at one time.

How long are the upgrade offers valid for?

Live offers

What are live offers?

Live offers are offers that our merchants can add at any time, these offers can offer anything from freebies to discounts and more . These offers can last for an hour or a day, so it is essential you check when they can be used and how long they are valid for when you see them.

How many times can I use a Live offer?

Live offers are non-depleting so you can use them an unlimited number of times during validity period

When can I use a live offer?

Each live offer has a different expiry day/time so we advise that you check the offer if you wish to use it.

How many live offers can I use per bill ?

There is no limit on the number of Live offers that can be used on one bill .

How can I redeem a live offer?

Redeeming a Live Offer on your Pockiit mobile application (“Pockiit App”) is very simple:
1. Select your Live offer for use on the POCKIIT App (ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you have the POCKIIT App before you request the bill)
2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
3. The merchant will scan the Offer
4. Once the merchant has scanned the Offer, the item or Discount will be removed from your bill

Loyalty offers

What are loyalty offers?

Loyalty offers are our merchant’s way of rewarding you. Some of our merchants have loyalty stamp cards which you will see in the app for these merchants, every time you redeem an upgrade or live offer, you will automatically receive a loyalty stamp and start working towards your loyalty reward!
How do I earn loyalty stamps?
Earning a Pockiit Loyalty Stamp on your App is very simple:
1. Select an upgrade or Live offer on the Pockiit App
2. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using the Pockiit App before you order your item
3. Present your mobile device with the chosen offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
4. The merchant will scan the Pockiit Upgrade or Pockitt Live Offer
5. Once the merchant has scanned the Offer, a Pockiit Loyalty Stamp will be automatically added to your collection

How do I use my free offer once I’ve completed my loyalty card?

1. Select your free Merchant loyalty gift offer on the Pockiit App
2. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using your free Merchant Loyalty Gift on the Pockiit App before you order your item
3. Present your mobile device with the Loyalty Gift to the server prior to the bill being presented.
4. The merchant will scan the Loyalty Gift
5. Once the merchant has scanned the offer, the Loyalty Gift will be deducted from your bill

How many loyalty stamps do I collect before I get my free item?

This all depends on our merchant, the merchant’s page on the app will clearly show how many you need to collect before you can collect your free item.

Do I need to collect my free item before I can start collecting stamps again?

Yes, you do, the app will not collate any further stamps until the free item is claimed and your loyalty card for that merchant is clear. So, claim your free item and start collecting again!

25% offers

What is the 25% off offer?

The 25% offers are valid at selected merchants, these offers can be used for 25% off the total bill. These offers are available to customers using the Pockiit Plus version of the app.

How do I access the 25% off on the total bill offer?

Click redeem on the offer, show the screen to the merchant who will enter a 4-digit pin in order to activate the offer

Can I use the 25% off on the total bill offer on the whole bill?

Sure, you can. This offer can be used on the full bill including starters, appetizers, salads and drinks. NOTE: It’s valid on full priced items only and not on any discounts such as happy hours, free upgrades etc.

How many times can I use the 25% off on the total bill offer?

The 25% off on the total bill offer is non-depleting and can be used up to 4 times a day.

Can I use the 25% off on the total bill offer on my own?

Yes, you can. This offer is designed for solo and group diners.

Is there a minimum spend to use the 25% off on the total bill offer?

No, there’s no minimum spend.

Is there a maximum discount I can receive when using 25% off on the total bill offer?

No there is no minimum spend when using this offer.

How many people can be present to use the 25% off on the total bill offer?

There is no limit on the amount of people can be present when using a 25% off offer.

Can I use a 25% off on the total bill offer with other offers?

We want our customers to save as much as possible, but only one offer can be used per bill.
