1. Redeeming Your Offers

• • Pockiit Plus is available to any student with a college or university email address within the UAE and KSA.

The use of all Pockiit App and Pockiit Plus App offers (“Offers”) by Pockiit persons eligible to register on the respective mobile applications (“Member(s)”) are subject to these Rules of Use (“Rules”) and any terms of use included on the Offers. Users should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer.

Pockiit App live Offers

• Redeeming a live Offer on your Pockiit App mobile application (“Pockiit App”) is very simple:
  1. Select your live offer for use on the POCKIIT App (ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you have the POCKIIT App before you request the bill)
  2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
  3. The merchant will scan the Offer
  4. Once the merchant has scanned the Offer, the item or Discount will be removed from your bill
• To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process
• In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution
• Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable service charges/taxes including but not limited to VAT, GST etc (as applicable) and will be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws

Offer validity:

• The issuing merchant reserves the right to remove and/or amend a Pockiit App live Offer at any time and
• Pockiit cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from the Pockiit App
• All offer details including venue, location, exclusion dates and validity are specified on the Pockiit Live Offer and set by the issuing merchant
• Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified by the issuing merchant
• Pockiit offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or Discounts
• If a merchant or venue refuses to honour a Pockiit Live Offer, please contact customer service on [email protected]
• Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered

Redeeming your Offers:

• Redeeming Pockiit Upgrade Offer on your App is very simple:
  1. Select your Upgrade Offer on the Pockiit App
  2. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using the Pockiit App to upgrade your purchase before you order your item
  3. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
  4. The merchant will scan the upgrade Offer
  5. Once the merchant has scanned the Offer, the upgrade price will be deducted from your bill
• To redeem additional upgrades, simply repeat the same process
• Pockiit Upgrade Offers can be used 7 days a week, at any time during the issuing merchant’s trading hours – minimal exclusion days apply

Earning a Pockitt Loyalty Stamp:

• Earning a Pockiit Loyalty Stamp on your App is very simple:
  1. Select an upgrade or live offer on the Pockiit App
  2. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using the Pockiit App before you order your item
  3. Present your mobile device with the chosen offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
  4. The merchant will scan the Pockiit Upgrade or Pockitt Live Offer
  5. Once the merchant has scanned the Offer, a Pockiit Loyalty Stamp will be automatically added to your collection
• One Pockiit Loyalty Stamp per transaction. To redeem additional Pockiit Loyalty Stamps, simply repeat the same process per Offer.
• If you have completed the merchants Pockiit Loyalty Stamps and a Merchant Loyalty Gift is available, you cannot earn additional stamps until you have redeemed your gift.
• Pockiit Loyalty Stamps are earned upon each Pockiit Live Offer and Pockiit Upgrade redemption

Redeeming your Merchant Loyalty Gift:

• Congratulations, you’ve earned a Merchant Loyalty Gift! Redeeming a Merchant Loyalty Gift on your Pockiit App is very simple:
  1. Select your free Merchant Loyalty Gift on the Pockiit App
  2. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using your free Merchant Loyalty Gift on the Pockiit App before you order your item
  3. Ensure the issuing merchant is informed that you are using your free Merchant Loyalty Gift on the Pockiit App before you order your item
  4. Present your mobile device with the Loyalty Gift to the server prior to the bill being presented.
  5. The merchant will scan the Loyalty Gift
  6. Once the merchant has scanned the offer, the Loyalty Gift will be deducted from your bill
• You cannot earn additional stamps until you have redeemed your loyalty gift.
• Merchant Loyalty Gifts can be redeemed 7 days a week, at any time during the issuing merchant’s trading hours – minimal exclusion days apply

• Pockiit Loyatly Stamps can be earned an unlimited amount of times (until gift is ready for redemption)
• Each Pockiit Upgrade and Pockiit Live Offer redemption counts towards a Pockiit Loyalty Stamp (if issuing merchant has the Loyalty Card feature)
• Only select merchants have the Loyalty Card feature. The Loyalty Card will show at the top of the merchant Offer page

Merchant Loyalty Gift validity:

• Your Merchant Loyalty Gift will automatically unlock once your Loyalty Card is complete. In the case a Merchant Loyalty Gift is not automatically added, please contact customer service on [email protected] [email protected]
• You cannot earn additional stamps until you have redeemed your loyalty gift

POCKIIT PLUS APP RULES OF USE – IN FULL

Pockiit Plus mobile application (“Pockiit Plus App”) is available to any student with a college or university email address within the UAE and KSA. If your student email is not recognised, please contact customer service on [email protected] [email protected] and we will let you know when it is available within the app

Registration process:

Registering to Pockiit Plus App is very simple:

1. If your Pockiit App account is registered under your personal email address, please log out
2. Register a new Pockiit App account using your college or university email address
3. Check your student inbox for a verification email
4. Click on the link in the verification email to validate your student email address
5. Log in using your new Pockiit Plus App account. Your account will contain all Pockiit App products to enjoy (Pockiit Live Offers, Pockiit Upgrade, Loyalty Stamps and Pockiit Plus)

Pockiit Plus validity:

• Your Pockiit Plus App account is valid 12 months from registration
• Should you change institution and/or email address during your 12-month validity simply re-register with your new university or college email address
• After 12 months you will receive an email to your registered email address requesting a revalidation. If you fail to re-validate your Plus account, it will automatically revert to a standard Pockiit App account
• Pockiit Plus App Offers are valid during your 12-month account period, unless otherwise specified (exclusion dates apply) . We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from Pockiit Plus App

Pockiit Plus Percentage Discount Offer:

Once you have successfully registered to Pockiit Plus App, you will be given access to Percentage Discount Offers.

Redeeming Percentage Discount Offers:

• Redeeming a Percentage Discount on Pockiit Plus App is very simple:
  1. Select your chosen Offer on Pockiit Plus App.
  2. Ensure your waiter is informed that you have the Pockiit Plus App before you ask for the bill
  3. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
  4. The merchant is prompted to enter their PIN
  5. Once the merchant has entered their PIN, the offer will be redeemed, and the Discount will be applied
• For food and drink attraction Offers, only one bill will be presented per table, per group. No splitting of bills will be allowed
• In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution
• Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable service charges/taxes including but not limited to VAT, GST etc (as applicable) and will be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws

Percentage Discount Offer validity

• Percentage Discount is an offer type within the Plus section of the Pockiit Plus App
• Percentage Discount Offers are valid during your 12-month Pockiit Plus account period, unless otherwise specified (exclusion dates apply). We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from Pockiit Plus App
• This Offer can be used by solo diners and groups of people
• The Offer is valid on the total bill amount inclusive of starters, appetizers, deserts, shared dishes & drinks with minor exclusions (e.g. tobacco & hubbly bubbly at some outlets, unless otherwise stated on the voucher)
• Percentage Discount Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pockiit App Offer or any other Discount by the outlet e.g. happy hour, special packages
• The Percentage Discount Offer can be redeemed up to a maximum of four (4) times per day per merchant
• Percentage Discount Offers can be used against the service/item/activity mentioned on the Offer. The Discount will apply only on normal rates/prices and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers. These Offers would need to be presented before the service/item/activity is purchased.
• Terms & Conditions may vary with a number of activities, so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions
• Prior booking may be required for certain Offers and/or activities

Pockiit Offers can be used 7 days a week, excluding the below days in UAE and KSA and any other public holidays as announced by the applicable government (subject to merchant discretion). The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of any Pockiit product or any of its Offers or contents by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel services, travel providers, and distributors of the product or any of its Offers, is strictly prohibited, unless strictly authorised by Pockiit. The product and its Offers and other content are intended for the non- profit use of the individual purchaser of the Offers. Additionally, the use of the product or any of its Offers for advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any use of the Offers in violation of these Rules will render the Offers void, and Pockiit will avail itself of any and all legal remedies available to it. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Pockiit will not be responsible for the closing down or refusal of any merchant to accept Pockiit vouchers; however, we will use reasonable efforts to rectify the situation, to the extent possible. Pockiit will not be responsible in the event that acts of God, fire casualties, illness, injury or other events beyond its control, prevent you from using any Offer.
