RULES OF USE – QUICK OVERVIEW

ENTERTAINER Offers:

  • Can be used 7 days a week, at any time during the issuing merchant's trading hours – minimal exclusion days apply
  • Up to four (4) 2-for-1 Offers can be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more
  • Should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill
  • Are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programs
  • Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Offer (except the Exclusion days set out below).

ENTERTAINER Lite Membership/Offers:

  • Offers are limited by the time of the day and/or day of the week as set by the issuing merchant, with a minimum validity period of 3 days per week or as specified on the Lite Offer (see below).
  • Lite Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Lite Offer (except the exclusion days set out below).

These Rules of Use are drafted in the English language. If translated into any other language other than English, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

RULES OF USE – IN FULL

The use of all ENTERTAINER Offers (Offers) and ENTERTAINER products by ENTERTAINER Members (persons who have a valid Membership obtained via the ENTERTAINER mobile application (App)), are subject to these Rules of Use (Rules) and any terms of use included on the Offers. Users should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer and any product.

  • Access to an ENTERTAINER product (Membership) is available to individuals that register on the App (Member) and purchase, as applicable, a Membership via the App or website.
  • Any Membership (other than ENTERTAINER soleil 30-day, ENTERTAINER soleil 90-day and ENTERTAINER tourist Memberships) purchased by an individual who did not have an active ENTERTAINER product at time of purchase (Non-Member), from 4 October 2021 onwards, is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Any Membership (excluding ENTERTAINER tourist and ENTERTAINER soleil 30 day and 90 day Memberships) purchased by a Non-Member is valid for 12 months from date of purchase
  • ENTERTAINER tourist Membership (U.A.E., Bahrain, Qatar only) is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • All Memberships (except for ENTERTAINER tourist and ENTERTAINER soleil), are set to auto-renew on their expiry date for an additional period of 12 months. When auto renewed the payment method used to purchase the original Membership will be charged automatically at the start of the renewal period the fees and taxes applicable on that date. You can turn off this automatic renewal at any time prior to the expiry of an existing Membership by adjusting your membership settings via the App and following the steps highlighted here
  • A Member may request cancellation of a Membership in the first 30 days of a Membership that has been auto renewed only if the product is not used (no Offers have been redeemed) by contacting Customer Service. This does not apply to ENTERTAINER soleil Memberships.
  • On registration on the App (whether a Membership is purchased by an individual or not), an individual has access to ENTERTAINER lite Membership (Lite Membership). Lite Membership enables the use by a Member to selected Offers (see below) at no cost (Lite Offers).
  • Each Member is permitted to use up to a maximum of two (2) devices to access their Membership during the Membership Period.
  • APPLICABLE TO ONLY KSA Fellaha (Previously, KSA Family): Any new Membership activated after the Fellaha membership launch date will be set to auto-renew on their expiry date for an additional period of 12 months.
  • A Member who has an active Membership (Primary Member) (can share their Membership (if such feature is permitted on the type Membership purchased with other Members (making them secondary members to their Membership (Secondary Member) by setting up an ENTERTAINER Family Account via the App (Family Account). The number of Secondary Members permitted per Family Account is dependent on the type of Membership purchased by the Primary Member and is subject to the restrictions and conditions referred to below.
  • Applicable ONLY to Primary Members who purchased a Membership on or before 18 July 2022: Until the expiration of their membership period a Primary Member can add a maximum of four (4) Secondary Members to their Family Account
  • Applicable ONLY to Standard - Primary Members who purchased a Standard Membership on or after 19 July 2022: A Primary Member can add a maximum of one (1) Secondary Member to their Family Account - that is, their Family Account only has two (2) available slots for up to two (2) allocated Secondary Members during the Membership Period.
  • Applicable ONLY to Premium - Primary Members who purchased Premium Membership on or after 19 July 2022: A Primary Member can add a maximum of two (2) Secondary Members to their Family Account - that is, their Family Account only has two (2) available slots for up to two (2) allocated Secondary Members during the Membership Period.
  • Applicable ONLY to Global – Primary Members who purchased Global Membership on or after 19 July 2022: A Primary Member can add a maximum of four (4) Secondary Members to their Family Account - - that is, their Family Account only has four (4) available slots for up to four (4) allocated Secondary Members during the Membership Period.
  • Primary Members cannot be Secondary Members of any other Family Accounts simultaneously (set up by other Primary Members).
  • Secondary Members who leave one Family Account to join a different Family Account will be disabled from the original Primary User’s Account and will display as “disabled” on said Account
  • Once a Secondary Member is allocated to a Family Account, the Primary Member is not permitted to change such Secondary Member (namely remove and replace with another Member) during the active Membership Period. For the purposes of clarification if a Primary Member allocated Member X as a Secondary Member for a Family Account of their Standard Membership which has one (1) available slot for Secondary Members, if they remove Member X as a Secondary Member, they cannot use that slot to replace them with Member Y during the Membership Period.
  • Access to the Memberships and Family Account by Primary Members and Secondary Members during the Membership Period is permitted by such Members using a maximum of two (2) devices per respective Member and in the case of Secondary Members, per allocated Secondary Membership (1, 2 or 4 dependent on the type of Membership the Primary Member has). If a Primary Member purchases additional Memberships via their account, then those Memberships will be available for use by the Secondary Members of the Family Account. Only Primary Members can purchase Memberships to be added to the Family Account.
  • If a Secondary Member wishes to purchase a Membership, then once they do they are deemed to be a Primary Member able to set up their own Family Account and they will be disabled from any Family Account they are a Secondary Member. The Primary Member of said Family Account will then be able to replace the slot with a new Secondary Member.
  • Primary Members can disable Secondary Members from their Family Account at any time via the App.
  • Primary Members may re-invite the disabled Secondary Member to join their Family Account – only accepted invitations will re-enable the Secondary Member’s status
  • Secondary Members can only be a Secondary Member of one Family Account at a time.
  • Secondary Members will be disabled from a Family Account and the Family Account available slot will no longer be able to be used by the Primary Member during the Membership Period:
    • when they purchase their own Membership, and therefore become a Primary Member;
    • when they join another Family Account as a Secondary Member;
    • when they voluntarily opt out of being a Secondary Member of a Family Account via the App;
    • when the Primary Member disables them from their Family Account at any time at their discretion.
  • Secondary Members can use the App in the same way as the Primary Member, including earning Smiles and sending Pings.
  • Smiles & Pings and Offers work on an account level and not on a user level.
  • Pings sent to the Primary Member before Family Accounts launched will not be available to Secondary Members. Only Pings sent after the Family Account had been set up will be accessible to Secondary Members.
  • Once Secondary Members leave a Family Account offers Pinged to their email address and Smiles earned will stay and be reflected on the Primary Member's account.
  • Savings earned by Secondary Members will not show on the Primary Member's account. However, Smiles earned will appear for everyone sharing the account.
  • APPLICANLE ONLY TO KSA Fellaha (Previously, KSA Family): KSA Fellaha Primary Members may add a maximum of 1 (one) Secondary Member per each active Fellaha membership - that is, their Fellaha Account only has 1 (one) available slot for 1 (one) allocated Secondary Member during the Membership Period.
  • A Member who has an active ENTERTAINER Membership (Primary Member) (excluding Lite Memberships), can refer a friend, that is anyone who does not have an active Membership as at that date and has not had an ENTERTAINER Membership in the past.
  • To make a successful referral, referred friends must purchase a Membership using the Member’s referral code, and must do so:
    • within the campaign period (please refer to dates specified on the App); and
    • within the referring Member’s Membership validity period.
  • For each successful referral (limited to a maximum of 3 per ENTERTAINER Member) the referring Member will receive an extension of their Membership validity period by 1 (one) month without any charge. The revised validity period will be reflected on the App no later than 3 working days of successful referral.
  • Friends who purchase a Membership with a Member’s referral code outside of the campaign period/Membership’s validity period do not qualify as eligible referrals.
  • Redeeming an Offer on your App is very simple:
    1. Select your chosen Offer for use on the App. If you are in a restaurant or bar, ensure your waiter is informed that you have the App before you ask for the bill.
    2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
    3. The merchant is prompted to enter their P.I.N. (for a select number of merchants in U.A.E. the merchant will also be prompted to fill in the total amount saved and final bill due after discount before being prompted to enter their P.I.N.).
    4. Once the merchant has entered their P.I.N., the Offer will be redeemed and the item or service will be removed from your bill.
  • To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process.
  • Up to a maximum of 4 Offers per visit/booking/table for a group of 8 people or more can be used:

  • In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution
  • Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable service charges/taxes including but not limited to V.A.T., .G.S.T. etc. (as applicable) and will be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws.
  • Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified. Minimal exclusion days apply.
  • Offers may change throughout your Membership. We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from a Membership
  • Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue
  • Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer
  • Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining/loyalty/employee/rewards programmes
  • Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable service charges.
  • Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any taxes including but not limited to V.A.T., .G.S.T. etc (as applicable) and may be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws. Please see additional conditions for Singapore here.
  • If a merchant or venue refuses to honour any Offer, please contact Customer Service
  • Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered
  • Offers are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered.
  • Three Offers are available per merchant and not per outlet. Thus, when you redeem an Offer it will show as redeemed at all locations for that merchant. Once you have redeemed all offers for a merchant, all locations will be locked.
  • Lite Offers comprise of a maximum of one depleting 2-4-1 Offer per merchant and one non-depleting discount Offer per merchant however, the use is restricted to 4 times per account, per merchant, per day.
  • KSA Fellaha (Previously, KSA Family) Membership comprise of limited exclusive offers available in Bahrain, and UAE as stated listed within the app.
  • A Main Course/Main Menu Item is defined as the main element of a customer's lunch or dinner, which can include 'Sushi', 'Burger', 'Pizza' and/or 'Pasta'. The ENTERTAINER is not responsible for the specific layout/design of a merchant's menu. If in doubt, clarify with the server before ordering. One Offer can be used to redeem one qualified item only, unless otherwise specified
  • One Offer can be used by 2 people, up to a maximum of 4 Offers per table, for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the product the Offer is from. E.g. a group of 4 people can redeem 2 Main Course Offers at a restaurant, alternatively they can redeem 1 Cheers Offer and 1 Main Course Offer - redeeming a maximum 2 Offers in total. Shared dishes are not valid for buy one get one free E.g. 3 people sharing 2 main courses or two children sharing one main course/main menu item Number of Vouchers
  • The least expensive item (as listed on the Offer) will be deducted. The two items must be from the same category as marked on the Offer, e.g. buy one "Main Course" and get one "Main Course" free; or buy one "Sushi Set Lunch" and get one "Sushi Set Lunch" free; or buy one "House Beverage" and get one "House Beverage" free.
  • Only one bill will be presented per table, per group. No splitting of bills will be allowed.
  • Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events (e.g. Iftar, Suhoor, buffets, set price brunch menu, themed nights/events, special menus or in conjunction with B.Y.O), unless otherwise indicated on the Offer
  • Offers are not redeemable for breakfast, starters, side dishes, desserts, combos, kids' menu or shared platters*, sharing dishes, mezze unless otherwise indicated on the Offer (*Shared platters include whole fish and sharing meat priced per kilogram)
  • If a children's buffet and an adult buffet are on the same bill, the lower priced buffet will be deducted from the bill
  • Offers are not valid for delivery or take-away, unless otherwise indicated on the Offer or in the case of Dubai & Abu Dhabi Delivery Offers, ordered directly via our online Delivery
  • Discounts do not apply to service charges
  • No corkage is allowed, unless otherwise specified
  • Offers contained in Informal Dining & Take-away can be used by 1 person, unless otherwise specified
  • Cheers Offers contain reference to alcohol and are intended for the use of persons of legal age to purchase alcohol in their country of residence and in the country from which they are using the Cheers Offers and in certain countries, in addition to age requirements, that such persons are also non-Muslim
  • Cheers Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or special menu items, including Happy Hours and Ladies' Nights offered by the merchant
  • A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/table/group (see Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the product the Offer is from. For example, a group of 4 people can redeem 2 Cheers Offers, alternatively they can redeem 1 Cheers Offer and 1 Main Course Offer - redeeming a maximum of 2 Offers in total.

Delivery Offers

  • Offers contained in "Delivery" can be used by 1 person, unless otherwise specified.
  • Members can access all depleting BOGOF and non-depleting 25% off delivery offers.
  • Delivery Offers include 2-for-1 Offers, which will deplete after a Member redeems them
  • Delivery Offers include a non-depleting 25% off the total bill Offer
  • The App will calculate the best savings when providing the Member with the final bill (that is whether to apply a 2-for-1 Offer (if one is available to use) or to apply the 25% off the total bill Offer)
  • After the best discount has been applied by the ENTERTAINER, the Member has the option to override this decision, and use their preferable discount Offer available for them to use
  • Delivery charges will apply to the bill after the discount has been calculated and applied. The discount will not be applied on the delivery charge.
  • Multiple offers can be used in one order but one cannot use both the 25% off Offer and the 2-for-1 Offer together. Members can choose to redeem 2-for-1 Offers, or the 25% off Offer
  • If Members choose to redeem from the 2-for-1 Offers, they must select at least 2 valid offers from the merchant menu
  • Delivery Offers are merchant specific, not outlet specific
  • The Ping feature is not available on Delivery Offers
  • Delivery Offers are accepted at the discretion of the merchant on Public Holidays and on exclusion days – please refer to the Offer
  • Outlets have the option to appear offline if they are unable to complete orders
  • Ordering via the App is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Qatar. In other regions where Delivery Offers are available, Members will have to call the merchant to place their order and follow the redemption process with the assistance of the merchant.
  • Complaints regarding food quality, delivery times, or inaccurate orders should be directed to the merchants/outlets. The ENTERTAINER takes no responsibility and is not liable in any way whatsoever in this regard.
  • The ENTERTAINER is unable to track orders with the outlet. It is the responsibility of the merchant/outlet to deliver within the promised timings. For any queries about the location of delivery drivers, Members are to contact the merchant/outlet directly.
  • The ENTERTAINER is not liable if a merchant/outlet cannot fulfil an order for whatever reason. If a Member has been charged an amount by the ENTERTAINER for an order which was not fulfilled please contact Customer Service
  • "25% off on the total bill" is an Offer within the food & drinks sections of the App.
  • This Offer can be used by solo customers and large groups of people (8 people or more)
  • The Offer is valid on the total bill amount inclusive of starters, appetizers, deserts, shared dishes & drinks with minor exclusions (e.g. tobacco & hubbly bubbly at some outlets, unless otherwise stated on the voucher)
  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer (e.g. 2-for-1 ENTERTAINER Offer) or any other discount or packaged offer by the outlet e.g. happy hour, special packages.
  • A "25% off on the total bill" Offers cannot be pinged to another Member.
  • Applicable to UAE only: The “25% off on the total bill” Offer is applicable within the fashion & retail section of the App with minor exclusions (where otherwise specified on the voucher)
  • Applicable to Singapore only: a maximum discount applies when using the "25% of total bill" Offer. The maximum discount applicable at the given outlet is stated on the Offer.
  • A Percentage off Offer applies as a discount to the total bill amount.
  • This Offer can be used by solo customers and large groups of people (8 people or more).
  • The Offer is valid on the total bill amount inclusive of starters, appetizers, deserts, shared dishes & drinks with minor exclusions (e.g. tobacco & hubbly bubbly at some outlets, unless otherwise stated on the voucher).
  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer (e.g. 2-for-1 Offer) or any other discount or packaged offer by the outlet e.g. happy hour, special packages.
  • 2-for-1 Takeaway Offers can be redeemed up to a maximum of four (4) times per order made at a merchant using the method noted below.
  • Smiles can be earned on Takeaway Offers and will reflect on your balance after redemption
  • Refunds and minimum spend on takeaway orders are up to the discretion of the merchant, not the ENTERTAINER.
  • 2-for-1 Takeaway Offers can be pinged
  • Takeaway Offers are valid on orders which are to be ordered online or via phone directly with a participating merchant and arranged to be collected in person from such merchant/specific outlet. They are not valid to use on Dine in or delivery unless otherwise specified on the Offer.
  • All takeaway order amendments or cancellations are based on the terms and conditions of the merchant.
    • Redeeming a Takeaway Offer on your App is very simple. There are two ways to access our Takeaway Offers, as well as two different ways to use them:
    • Option 1: Click the 'Food & Drink' tab on your App home screen, then click 'Order Online'. The Takeaway tab will appear on the top right-hand corner. Use these Offers to order your food and pay by card via the App. Once confirmed, you will be notified of the pick-up time to collect your order from the merchant/specific outlet. Please proceed to collect your order at the specified time.
    • Option 2: On the home screen of your App, you will see a tile named 'Takeaways'. Clicking on the tile will take you through to all merchants providing Takeaway Offers. To use these Offers, simply call the merchant to place your order and pay cash upon pick up; you may check with the merchant if you they are able to receive payment by credit card on collection of your order.
  • To book a table, Members must open their App, find their chosen merchant, select 'Book a Table', select the date, number of guests dining and the time they would like to book the table. The reservations times available on the App are provided from the merchant, once the booking is made via the App and the booking confirmation has been received from the merchant, this is a confirmed booking.
  • If for any reason the merchant cannot fulfil the booking, they will contact the Member directly using the contact details provided by the Member when making the booking.
  • The Merchant must hold a confirmed reservation for the customer up to an extra 15 minutes of the reservation time (Extra Time). Should a customer with a confirmed reservation not show on or before the conclusion of the Extra Time, the merchant is permitted to make the allocated seating available to the general public.
  • Members must contact the merchant directly to make amendments or cancel their reservation via telephone only – the contact details of the merchant are set out on the merchant page on the App.
  • Applicable to South Africa and Singapore only: The ENTERTAINER is facilitating table reservations via the App, but all bookings are managed by the merchant directly. For any bookings that are not fulfilled as promised, the liability lies with the merchant. The ENTERTAINER acts as a third-party reservation provider based on the information provided to the ENTERTAINER by the merchant and takes no responsibility on any errors, omissions or failings on the part of the merchant in the details provided and featured on the App and any errors, omissions or failings on the part of the merchant in fulfilling any table reservation made by a member using the App or directly with the merchant.
  • Applicable to UAE only: Table reservations via the App are facilitated by the Eat App and the terms of service of such provider apply. The ENTERTAINER takes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or failings on the part of the merchant or Eat App in the details provided and featured on the App. The ENTERTAINER also takes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or failings on the part of the merchant or Eat App in fulfilling any table reservation made by a member using the App or directly with the merchant
  • Our Attractions & Leisure section on the App has 2 types of Offers:" Buy One Get One Free" and "Discount Offers"
  • A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/visit for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1)
  • "Discount Offers" can be used against the service/item/activity mentioned on the voucher. The discount will apply only on normal rates/prices and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers. These Offers would need to be presented before the service/item/activity is purchased.
  • Terms & Conditions may vary with a number of activities, so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions
  • Prior booking may be required for certain offers and/or activities
  • Offers will not be valid on any public holiday
  • Adrenaline Offers can be found in Attractions & Leisure category on the App
  • A maximum of 4 Adrenaline Offers can be redeemed per day, per account
  • The 25% discount is applied per experience, not on the total bill and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers
  • Advance booking is required to redeem Adrenaline Offers
  • A holding pre-payment is required for certain experiences
  • Terms & conditions may vary with a number of activities, so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions
  • Offers are not valid during public holidays (as announced by the particular government the merchant is located at)
  • Discount Codes on the App are one-time-use codes for online use only (Discount Codes).
  • Discount Codes can be found in all categories on the App. You can find Discount Codes within a Merchant's individual offers screen.
  • The expiry date for each Discount Code is stated on the Offer. Discount Codes are removed from the Merchants' offers screen after the expiry date.
  • Once the Offer has been redeemed and the payment has been processed, the Discount Code may not be reversed.
  • Should you return an item where the Discount Code has been applied, your Offer will be re-credited on your account after 30 days. If the Offer is not reflected on your account, please contact Customer Service
  • The Discount Code will apply only on normal rates/prices and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special offer or voucher. The Discount Code should be copied and pasted into the payment screen before the service/item is purchased. Once the Discount Code has been applied, the discount will automatically apply.
  • One Discount Code can be used per order. To redeem a second Discount Code, you will need to place a separate order.
  • Discount Codes can be pinged to other users with the latest version of the ENTERTAINER. Should the ping feature not appear on the Offer, simply update your App.
  • Smiles can be earned on Discount Codes and will reflect on your balance 30 days after redemption.
  • Discount Codes are merchant specific, not outlet specific.
  • Redeeming a Discount Code on your App is very simple:
    1. Select your chosen Offer on the App
    2. Swipe to generate your Discount Code
    3. Click copy to copy your one-time use Discount Code to your clipboard
    4. Click on the link below the Discount Code which will take you directly to the merchant's website
    5. After choosing your items, head to the payment page on the merchants' mobile application or website
    6. Scroll down to promotions and tap add promo code/gift code
    7. Enter the Discount Code and tap 'add'
    8. Once the Discount Code has been entered, the discount will be applied on your bill.
  • To review your un-used Discount Codes, select the Merchant page and tap on "Promo Code History"
  • Redeemed Discount Codes are not inclusive of any applicable service charges/taxes including but not limited to V.A.T., G.S.T. etc (as applicable) and will be separately charged by Merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws.
  • If the Discount Code returns an error message, please contact Customer Service
  • Our Beauty and Fitness section has 2 types of Offers:" Buy One Get One Free" and" Discount Offers"
  • "Buy One Get One Free" Offers can be redeemed in two ways:
    1. One Offer can be used by 2 people within the same visit, with the second treatment or service being complimentary
    2. One Offer can be used by an individual, whereby you must pay full price for the first treatment/service and your second treatment/service will be complimentary on your next visit. The merchant provides a voucher for the second treatment/service to be used on another visit. The complimentary treatment/service must be redeemed by no later than December 31st of that calendar year OR within the 3 months from the date of redemption- whichever comes later. Should the complimentary treatment/service not be redeemed within this period, the complimentary treatment/service will automatically expire. Please note: gift vouchers cannot be issued for your complimentary treatment/service. The complimentary treatment/service is non-transferable.
  • "Discount Offers" can be used against the service/item mentioned on the voucher. The discount will apply only on normal rates/prices and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special offer or voucher. These Offers would need to be presented before the service/item is purchased.
  • Please present the Offer, at the completion of the treatment/service, prior to requesting the bill. If the Offer is in the Health & Fitness section, please present it prior to the commencement of any class or activity
  • Prior booking is required
  • Fitness Offers are not available for "ENTERTAINER tourist" Members.
  • There are 2 types of offers for Fashion & Retail Offers: "Discount Offers" and "25% off on the total bill” " Offers

  • Bonus Offers change on a monthly basis and are often for items and services different to the main offers. The validity is marked on the Offer however, we reserve the right to remove Bonus Offers at any time and cannot be held responsible if a Bonus Offer is discontinued prior to the end of the validity period.
  • Bonus Offers do not deplete after use and can be used multiple times during the validity period; however, the use is restricted to 4 times per account, per merchant, per day – limited to the number of people per visit/booking/table.
  • Bonus Offers cannot be pinged to other users
  • Bonus Offers are subject to the standard Rules of Use
  • "Bonus Offers" are those identified as such on the App (Bonus Offers)
  • Bonus Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other ENTERTAINER Offer or any other discount or packaged Offer by the outlet (happy hour, special packages etc).
  • All Bonus Offers are valid on the specific timings and/or in respect of qualified items as set out on the Bonus Offer.
  • Bonus Offers can only be redeemed during their validity period.
  • We reserve the right to remove Bonus Offers at any time from the App without any notice and will not be liable in any way to Members in respect of or related to such Bonus Offer when doing so.
  • Offers provided under the "Express" category of the App are "Express Offers".
  • Up to four (4) Express Offers can be redeemed per merchant per month. Express Offers will reset at the beginning of each month and cannot be accrued.
  • Maximum discount applicable for each Express Offer is SGD50
  • An Express Offer is valid on the total bill amount inclusive of starters, appetizers, deserts, shared dishes & drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) with minor exclusions
  • Express Offers cannot be pinged to another Member
  • Smiles can be earned on Express Offers
  • Offers provided under the "Gourmet" category of the App are "Gourmet Offers"
  • Up to three (3) Gourmet Offers can be redeemed per merchant per year.
  • Gourmet Offers are available in Singapore. Maximum discount applicable for each Gourmet Offer is as follows; Singapore Gourmet Offers: SGD200
  • A Gourmet Offer is valid on the total bill amount inclusive of starters, appetizers, deserts, shared dishes & drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) with minor exclusions
  • Three Gourmet Offers are available per merchant (not per outlet) per year.
  • Gourmet Offers cannot be pinged to another member
  • Smiles can be earned on Gourmet Offers
  • Smiles is the virtual currency of the ENTERTAINER and can be earned and redeemed by all Members as specified under these Rules.
  • You earn Smiles by completing different actions on the App and can redeem Smiles on different items via the App such as buying more pings and buying back Offers that have already been redeemed.
  • We reserve the right to change the number of Smiles acquired or required to conduct any transaction via the App, at our sole discretion.
  • Please check your Profile to see your Smiles balance.
  • Smiles may be earned by a Member throughout the Membership validity.
  • The ENTERTAINER may from time to time introduce at its discretion through ENTERTAINER Rewards or otherwise activities which enable the earning/redemption of Smiles by a Member – please refer to terms and conditions applicable to such offerings
  • Smiles earned expired at the end of a Membership period.
  • Smiles can be used to earn back a maximum of 1 Offer per merchant using Smiles, per calendar year
  • Smiles can be used to purchase pings. There is no restriction on the number of pings that may be earned by Member using Smiles during a Membership validity period.
  • Once a Smiles redemption transaction is processed, the transaction cannot be reversed.
  • Redemptions of a Family Account are counted for the Primary Member only and credited to the Primary Member
  • To earn Smiles a Lite Member must participate in an ENTERTAINER Rewards campaign (see below) and meet specified targets as set out on the terms and conditions for such ENTERTAINER Rewards campaign.
  • Smiles earned by Lite Members via an ENTERTAINER Rewards campaign will expire on the expiration of such campaign as specified on the App and/or website.
  • The ENTERTAINER may from time to time run rewards campaigns enabling Members to earn/redeem rewards that may be used by a Member in the App – such campaigns are subject to specific terms and conditions as published by the ENTERTAINER from time to time on the App and/or website.
  • Rewards to be earned may differ dependent on Membership type
  • Smiles may be earned by achieving identified targets and passing levels during a specified period as set out on the terms and conditions of a given campaign. Smiles earned can be used to claim various rewards within the App subject to time limitations as specified on such terms and conditions.
  • The ENTERTAINER reserves the right to modify, discontinue permanently or temporarily, at its discretion any campaign which enables the earning and redemption of rewards on the App by Members without provision of any notice.
  • Pings are a Members' virtual ability to transfer or receive Offers from one Member to another Member.
  • A Member is given 10 Pings to use per account, they can purchase an extra 10 Pings using 1000 Smiles via the App as many times as they wish throughout a Membership’s validity.
  • Members can receive unlimited number of pinged Offers throughout the Membership period from other Members.
  • A Member can send an unlimited number of Pings during each Membership period, ENTERTAINER tourist Membership Members can ping up to 10 Offers during the 30 days validity period however the expiry date of such pinged Offers will be the same as the expiry date of the "ENTERTAINER tourist" Membership purchased
  • Pinged Offers are valid until the sender's Membership expires. The number of Pings a Member has cannot be transferred, given to other Members or carried over to the following year.
  • Once a Ping is made it cannot be reversed, changed or altered.
  • Pings that are not accepted by the recipient within 10 days after being sent will be pinged back to the sender.
  • Pinged Offers cannot be pinged again, once received and accepted.
  • Lite Members are eligible to obtain up to three Pings via ENTERTAINER Rewards within the App by redeeming Smiles earned.
  • Lite Members can receive one Ping per registered email account from another Member, in addition to the Pings obtained through ENTERTAINER Rewards using Smiles.
  • Lite Members cannot transfer any number of Pings to other Members/Lite Members.
  • Pinged Offers are valid until the sender's Membership expires. The number of Pings a Member has cannot be transferred, given to other Members or carried over to the following year.
  • Once a Ping is made it cannot be reversed, changed, or altered.
  • Pings that are not accepted by the recipient within 10 days after being sent will be Pinged back to the sender.
  • Pinged Offers cannot be pinged again, once received and accepted.
  • ENTERTAINER tourist Memberships do not include Delivery, Everyday Services and Fitness Offers
  • Multiple ENTERTAINER tourist Memberships can be purchased by a Member
  • ENTERTAINER tourist Memberships are valid for 30 days from date of purchase
  • ENTERTAINER soleil once purchased by a Member enables membership of either 12 months Single or Family, 90 days Single or Family or 30 days Single or Family membership (see below Types of Soleil Membership), commencing from date of purchase, providing unlimited access, benefits and discounts to a comprehensive range of social, recreation, fitness, and beach clubs throughout the UAE during the 30-day or 12 month membership period.
  • Fair Play Policy: It is acknowledged and agreed that in the 6 months prior to purchasing a Soleil Membership, you have not held a personal membership with any of the ENTERTAINER soleil venues directly. A venue reserves the right to reject entry to a venue/facility if an ENTERTAINER soleil Member has had personal membership to such venue in the 6 month period prior to commencement of the Soleil Membership.
  • It is acknowledged and agreed that the list of venues/beach clubs/benefits/discounts is dynamic and may change throughout the Soleil Membership period. The ENTERTAINER and its suppliers, reserve the right to add/remove or amend the list of venues as it sees fit and at its own discretion but will use its best endeavours to replace any venue removed with one with equal or better value wherever possible.
  • Each Soleil Membership is subject to these Rules of Use and any terms and conditions/policies imposed by a venue.
  • Members may at any time be required to produce their membership card and must do so at the request of any authorized person at the club or venue.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and a Soleil Membership cannot be frozen on request for a specified period of time. If a Soleil Membership is cancelled prior to the expiry of the membership period, (whether it is due to Member's request or as a result of the Member's misconduct or breach of these Rules of Use or End User License Agreement) no refund will be provided of the soleil Membership fee.
  • Each Soleil Membership is for personal use and is non-transferable. You cannot give access to your Soleil Membership to a third-party for their own use for any reason.
  • A Soleil Membership entitles Members access to venues on a “first come first serve” basis and access is not guaranteed. If a venue no longer has membership slots available for Soleil Membership Members you may be able to pay a special day rate to gain access, dependent on that venue’s policy.
  • No reservations may be made ahead of your visit to any venue.
  • You are permitted to visit a venue only once per day but can visit multiple venues in a day, subject always to availability.
  • When purchasing a Soleil Membership you will be asked to add the details of all the users before checking out including the following: full name as appearing on Emirates ID/passport, email address that will be used or are using on the App, phone number. For children you will be asked to add their name and date of birth as it appears on their passport/Emirates ID. These details cannot be amended after purchase.
  1. Single Membership:
    • This membership allows entry to one adult (21 years or older) into an ENTERTAINER soleil venue for 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
    • With a 90-day or 12-month membership, additional children under 15 years old or juniors between the ages of 16 and 20 can be added at a fixed rate or paid for as child guests directly at the venue. (Guest prices for children vary from venue to venue and are at the discretion of the venue)
    • Children are allowed in the facility only when Single Membership Member is present and are not permitted entry to any venue marked as "adult-only".
    • Children under 5 years of age can access with an adult ENTERTAINER soleil Member free of charge.
    • 12-month memberships allow for adding extra visiting members, including a single adult, couple, or a family of 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years old, for a period of 30 days by paying an additional fee.
    • All memberships are valid from the date of purchase for either 30, 90 or 365 days. Memberships can not be paused, cancelled or transferred.
  2. Family Membership:
    • This membership allows entry to two adults (21 years or older) and up to two children (aged 5-15 years) into an ENTERTAINER soleil venue for 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
    • With a 90-day or 12-month membership, additional children under 15 years old or juniors between the ages of 16 and 20 can be added at a fixed rate or paid for as child guests directly at the venue. (Guest prices for children vary from venue to venue and are at the discretion of the venue)
    • Children are allowed in the facility when at least one Family Membership Member is present and are not permitted entry to any venue marked as "adult-only".
    • Children under 5 years of age can access with an adult ENTERTAINER soleil Member free of charge.

  • To access a venue:
    1. Choose the venue you wish to visit. Check the app for the list of venues.
    2. Present your virtual membership card (available on your mobile wallet) at the designated ENTERTAINER soleil check-in area at your chosen venue.
    3. TThe venue will check your Soleil Membership and allow you access to the premises, provided there is availability.
  • To utilize the unique offers available through ENTERTAINER Soleil:
    1. Refer to the Club guide to identify the benefits offered by each venue
    2. Upon presenting your Soleil Membership, the venue will verify your eligibility for the benefits outlined in the Club guide and offer them to you accordingly.

To visit more venues or use more soleil offers, simply repeat the above process.

  • A selection of Offers (Cheers Offers excluded) are available to new Members (by means of a QR code as seen in the campaign) for a limited period (Free Trial).
  • The Free Trial is provided once and limited to one Member per registered account and device.
  • The Free Trial is for a limited period commencing from the moment a new Member ‘claims’ the Free Trial by providing their valid bank card details on the App and expires within the campaign time frame as specified on the App.
  • As soon as the trial period has ended, the new Member will automatically migrate to their chosen paid ENTERTAINER Membership – unless the Member unsubscribes before the Free Trial has expired in which case the subscription would expire at the end of the Free Trial period,
  • Once the Free Trial period ends the new Member will be charged the Membership fee for an ENTERTAINER membership at the retail price indicated on the selected product at the time of selection and the amount will be debited from the account details provided at time of registration.
  • ENTERTAINER Offer exclusions and limitations apply.
  • The ENTERTAINER Reloaded Offers is a limited time, optional top-up option available to Members with an active Membership as at 31 October 2022 – which if purchased by such Member enables all Offers of their respective Membership as at the date of the purchase of such top up (including any redeemed Offers) to be reloaded onto the Membership (as an addition to existing unredeemed Offers of that Membership as at the date of purchase of the top up) and available for redemption until 31 December 2022.
  • The Reloaded Offers top up option is available for a limited time only and for the following Memberships:

  • Any Offers reloaded onto a Membership pursuant to a purchased top up expire on 31 December 2022.

  • The ENTERTAINER global 3-Months Membership unlocks all Premium Memberships in the UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Singapore, and South Africa.
  • Membership will commence from date of purchase and expire 3 months from such date. Auto-renewal will not be permitted to this type of Membership.
  • Smiles can be accumulated as set out in these Rules of Use.
