Very poor customer service. I just want to speak to the management to ask for an exception to cancel my reservation and book again to use a code that will allow me to get 15% discount. The reservation executive Rania declined to give the chance to speak to the management and completely refuse to cooperate! It weird to see a 5 star hotel deals with its customer like that. Good job Rania!

We had a wonderful one night stay at the resort. It is located in a more remote part of Bahrain which allows you to enjoy the facilities without traffic or city noises. The beach is very secluded and private. The swimming facilities are excellent with the water being nice and chilled during the extreme heat of summer. Staff was very attentive and exceptional. Eugene at the pool and Edward from hotel services were great. They had a crib available for our newborn and we had an excellent meal provided by room service. Breakfast buffet was most excellent as well. It is fairly isolated so you will have to eat at the resort restaurants unless you want to drive 15 minutes to the nearest fast food but the hotel cuisine was excellent so enjoy the stay.

Yesterday, we visited Jumeirah, and our experience was delightful. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by lovely lobby decorations. Although the check-in process took slightly longer than expected, it was smooth. Our Deluxe suite was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. The pool, complete with a slide, provided our kids with a great time, and we were impressed by the prompt and excellent room service.

Stayed at the hotel end of November 2023, the hotel was fully booked over the weekend as there were few weddings, that didnt compromise the quality of service nor did we feel the beach and pool area was too crowded. The size of the hotel is big compared to all hotels in Bahrain, the location makes the property a destination for staycations as you get the feeling that your leaving the city behind. I would highly recommend staying here for a family.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the beautiful pool and resort area to the stunning beach and crystal-clear water, our day was perfect. The service staff and beach attendants were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our evening at Zahrat Al Fayrouz was nothing short of amazing. The service was top-notch, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the chef. The food was outstanding, and the ambiance was lovely. Kudos to the entire team, and a special thanks to Raphael for going above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable! It couldn't have been better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
