Absolutely PATHETIC customer service. I'd recommend to go to a garage and get the service from professionals. 800 Car Guru will make you fool with discounts but don't fall for it and get a quality and honest service from somewhere else. I bought the Energizer batter from them with a warranty of 18 months. In 14 months, battery got dead and I called them for replacement and sent all the details of battery but when the Servicemen came, he did not bring the correct battery. This happened THRICE. Can you believe this? After this pathetic service, they asked me for AED 150 to replace battery which was already under warranty. This is ABSURD. Ultimately they told me that they don't have required battery of 45Ah, so either I wait for 2 weeks (which is impossible for most of us who need car to go to office) or they give me 35Ah battery in replacement. I paid for 45Ah but I got 35Ah battery. They promised that this arrangement is short term for 2 weeks until they get a correct battery but its been 2 months and they never came to give correct battery.

I recently had the misfortune of entrusting my beloved car to the so-called "Car Guru" service, and I must say it was a decision I deeply regret. They took my car for service and then “advised” me about shock absorber replacement which I agreed , but what I got in return was a horrifying and frustrating experience that has left my car in worse condition than before. To start with, the communication with the Car Guru team was subpar at best. I had to chase them down multiple times to get any updates on the status of my car, which was not only inconvenient but also a worrying sign of their professionalism. Upon getting behind the wheel, it was immediately evident that something was terribly wrong. My car was jittering and shaking as if it had been possessed. It felt like I was driving over a rocky terrain, even on the smoothest of roads. I believe the shock absorbers that they had supposedly replaced had not been changed at all. They had essentially charged me for a service they hadn't performed, and it was apparent they had attempted to deceive me. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore you not to fall victim to their deceitful practices. I strongly advise anyone considering using Car Guru's services to think twice and look for a more reputable and trustworthy car service provider. My car now feels like a nightmare on wheels, all thanks to their incompetence. Stay away from Car Guru if you value your vehicle and your sanity.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude customer service from the higher management Mr Arshalan. After over filling my car with oil and breaking the clips for my radiator, there is no wonder they provide a pick up and drop off service because I caught one of their staff leaning on my car smoking a cigarette and if you actually saw their workshops then you’d understand why. I will loose the money I paid for the service contract rather than take my car to Car Guru ever again in my life. The ignorance and rude customer service led to a traumatic experience that I wouldn’t wish others to go through. Oh and don’t pay through Tabby because it removes and customer rights in the UAE.
