Amusement place but not entertaining at all , better to train your staff before handling such place , they should know it is kids play area not military camp with strict rules. Price is the same as others' and even expensive, space narrow and limited with games . Above that, the guardian their need someone to wake them up ,kids without any watching by the staff , just they will inform you sharply at quit time not else important, they didn't give you time just to take photos for the kids once they finished playing , dismiss means dismiss . It is not recommended for another visit at all.

The place ( the big area with trampoline) is very good except for the staff who are irresponsible , last time my 5 year old came out of the play herself , there were 2 staffs at that time , there is no proper gate it’s just a belt and they didn’t even know that she went out . Alhamdulillaah she came back by herself after searching for me.If the kids need to go out , even for the washroom they should inform the parents or have someone to just go along . This was extremely unsafe. When I asked for contact number they were telling me to browse it myself. This was not even the weekend wherein it’s crowded , it was an afternoon where there were just 6 kids totally in the play area. Staffs are irresponsible .

• Small space, staff are rude and unfriendly • They did NOT communicate before paying that 1 guardian only can go in but not actually be with the kids; they only sit near the entrance .. So basically you are not looking at what they are doing • They don’t call you to inform if your kids can leave with their nannies or not
