Cafe was quiet on a Friday evening, nice decor, food was quite tasty, but I do feel it’s slightly pricey as we mostly ordered bites (the bill for 3 pax is $99). The highlight for me was the mozzarella sticks (which has a slight tinge of truffle taste to it), lamb chops (tender inside, altho I wish it has a better sear outside, but comes with a brown sauce that gives it more flavor) and truffle fries (didn’t take a pic). The fried squid prawn paste and bao dessert was quite average, can give it a miss. Will want to go back to try the Mango Passion dessert which was unavailable.

Fantastic quaint little cafe/bistro. Stopped off for some food before heading to a football match. Firstly the staff are exceptionally friendly. Was greeted upon arrival and attended to very well. I had the salmon pasta and I have to say, one of the best bits of salmon I’ve ever had. Great food, great service. If I’m ever back in Singapore, I will be back here!

Luckily we reach the cafe before 6PM, only 2 table occupied. After 6:30PM, almost full house. Roasted Chicken thigh is our favourite. Owner very friendly.

Ai cafe used to be one of the best cafes in the area with an exquisite menu and very attractive and unique desserts. Don't know if they changed ownership recently or something happened to the chef because it is now one of the most terrible and overpriced cafe around. No more desserts or unique dishes like the barramudi etc. They have a very limited menu with the worst carbonara I have tasted. The $18 carbonara is swimming in some yellow sauce that was supposed to be cheese. There were a miserable spoonful of ham bits and like 2 slices of mushroom. The $17 fish and chip had many fishbones and a heavy flour taste. We could not finish both dishes and will never visit again.
