We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The ambience and food was great. We had a very pleasant stay. All staffs were friendly and very quick to assist with everything. A special shout-out and thanks to Mr.Shine from Spice restaurant for being very kind and considerate. He catered us so well and was ready to help us with all our queries. Overall we had a wonderful and smooth experience with Al Khoory.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station which is the direct line to khalifa tower. There is a big shopping mall nearby. The room was good, cleaned every day, But you should ask for toothpaste and brush . The breakfast was very good, changed the menu every day, it was not very various but quite enough. The staff were good and warm towards the guests. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, might even come back in my next visit to Dubai.

Excellent hotel with perfect customer service. Amazing rooms with great views. Thanks to Abdul and his Supervisor from the room service team, for the great cleaning services. Shout out to Mathyam from the swimming pool lifeguard team. Excellent customer service.

Very heartwarming and welcoming reception received from the hotel staff for a weeks family vacation in your beautiful country. Was overwhelmed with gracious reception from Mr. Saif who was always there to attend to my family. His customer relations were scintillating. Continue the great service with your humility and dedication. You will shine in whatever you do. Fantastic hotel services from the other staff too. Chef Muhammed was also spot on with the fried eggs. Not forgetting Ashok, Selfless worker. From Heinz, Ghana🇬🇭 .

I was here last year and this year I came in from the 14th Sept to 19th Sept 2023. I have loved everything about this hotel, the people, especially the house keeper on my floor Nimalsha very hard working, keeps the room clean, neat and tidy. Very great location beautiful scenery and good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner Padmaraj and his team had been wonderful. We were given one of the best meals, our children enjoyed all the meals especially the KFC We will surely be back next year.
