This is by far the best food we had in our trip. Our entire experience at the hotel was nothing short of glorious. A pat on the back to your staff Edison as well for being very accommodating and welcoming ♥️ Our experience became more memorable because of him.The place also has the best views outside. By the way, the tea I had was one of best 👌Kudos to the palace and your staff for setting the bar high. Will surely come back here. Thank you ♥️

If you're in Dubai, having high tea at Al Bayt is an experience you must have. The food tower was beautifully crafted and very tasty. The tea was so good and very refreshing. Edison provided stellar service. Super kind and attentive. When he found out it was our 1st time there, he moved us to a better table with an amazing view.

Very Cozy, Nice ambient, friendly staff, very accomodating. The Food are really Good. made from fresh ingredients. we requested the staff for Rainbow Cake at last minute surprise for my daughter for her birthday and the staff are really creative 😀 it really made her day!! we will definitely come back more often. Kudos to Edison for doing really good job on making us feel really comfortable.

Luxury ambience and delicious cuisines. For buffets they have fixed rates per person. Better to reserve your place before going. This is inside Palace downtown hotel. Nice view of burj Khalifa fountain lake and good location for taking photos

All were well beyond my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, generous portions and great prices. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. And also the staff is so nice to everyone especially Jane who was so kind and friendly and has a very quick response she brought the food that we ordered on time. The manager Girli who made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the food that we received. A big thank you to the entire team at Al Bayt for making our visit unforgettable. I truly loved the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I’ve received from Al Bayt. Overall services were top-class.
