Expected a good buffet breakfast as it was in a well-reputed hotel (under the management of Waterfront) but turned out to be an average restaurant with minimal variety of dishes. Most of the plates were starting to get empty but no refill was done till we left. Services were not satisfactory ,so did the ambience. Used plates were left on the table until the end. Basic amenities like tissues and cutlery were not arranged too. Food tasted average. Even the dishes were abruptly kept with no titles. Only a single person was there for managing the whole section. Urban points are accepted. Overall, Not satisfied!

Unbelievably poor service. We called to reserve, they said they will call back in 5 min, but never did. We were close so we came in. It was empty, so they could have easily confirmed the reservation. We sat and ordered, the food did not come for one whole hour! And meanwhile the vacuum cleaner was louder than the music. Such a pitiful experience!
