I stayed here for 2 night in 2 bed rooms apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. In general the hotel is nice and has many facilities like mini market, pharmacy, ATM, and rental car office. I haven't the chance to check the rest of the facilities as i was busy almost all the day. Location of the hotel is far from Dubai downtown but it's near from Global Village, Dubai Parks and IMG World Parks. Staff were helpful and the price considered very good compared to what you get.

- Hotel is directly located next to very busy roads, the windows in the room allow all noise to go in, causing 24 hours per day traffic noise in your room. It’s terrible.. - the location is really far from many sights, save yourself the time wasted in traffic. This hotel is not worth the extra drive. - the wifi gives you 3-5 Mbps speed and goes on/off randomly. Making it useless for most purposes - If you want your car, expect valet parking to take 30 minutes to get your car. - If you need a towel or anything, expect to wait 30-50 minutes. - If you ask Guest relations why the long wait, you notice they don’t see the problem. I guess its a matter of perception Management of this Hotel are not interested in their guests. The hotel is understaffed and not maintained how it should be.

I stayed at the Vintage Grand Hotel Dubai recently for my business trip to the Dubai Expo 2020, for my first time visiting Dubai. The hotel is located relatively close to the Expo site. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is super friendly. The hotel also has some great restaurants, and I was able to use the fitness center daily.

Worst hotel ever in regards of service, everyday you have to call them to provide you with shampoo soap etc although you are requesting it will take also almost an hour to be provided…. These shall be provided during room cleaning no need for customers to call for these type of things. Also check out took almost 45 minutes to be completed.
